My ideal job
I am under the professional learning and teaching environment of a health and
social care since a few months and I would love to work as a health care manager
further making it as my ideal profession. Helping people fulfilling their basic
needs and also taking care of patients when they are at their worst is what
attracts me the most about this profession. According to me, health care
management is a kind of profession that delivers leadership qualities and also
manages the respective firm or organization in serving the people with social and
health care services also to appropriately manage the different units and
departments of the similar firm and organization (Warshawsky and Havens.,
2014). In this profession, one needs to be enthusiastic and courageous and
should have willingness towards taking initiative regarding any work and taking
any department. I consider myself to be flexible and independent enough to take
decisions on the stop and do any kind of work required in any situation. I always
wanted to work as a health care manager in Kingsway health care
(http://www.kingswayhealthcentre.nhs.uk ), Luton. Since I have joined the medical
profession my dream job is to work with Kingsway health care. I believe I can
except challenges of being a health care manager and will never feel inferior if
someday I am asked to perform minor surgical procedures or use any software
for feed patient history and records. I also found that Kingsway health care is
recently recognised with excellence in initiating programmes that improve
community health care. I understand that to make our world a better and healthy
place community outreach is very important and I am very good with my
communication skills and the methods of delivering the information towards
people. Joining this health care job will definitely give me new colours in life
(Burgess and Currie., 2013). With this approach of Kingsway health care, we can
definitely meet heights.

A job description for this role
As a health care manager I think I will be working with health care physicians,
take initiatives in making various policies in order to get better outcomes from
patient and serving them better standards of quality, taking care of patients seem
to be my basic job that making sure that the patients are comfortable with the
services provided will be my prime duty, also looking after the budgets and
accounts of the firm and working with it appropriately is required. Also checking
with all the necessities of the health care centre is suppose to be my duty and
promoting and marketing the facilities of the firm should be managed by me. It
seems that the health care sector will have quite a lot improvements as the
governments are already taking initiatives to reduce health care inequalities in all
the regions globally along with this various health care programmes are
organized to aware people and educate them about various diseases (Pitt et al.,
2013). I think till I graduate within four years of medicine advancements the
scenario will change completely where the people will be more educated and
aware of the diseases and the health inequalities on the basis of gender cast or
region will reduced a lot the impact of these on the people will be such that they
will report to the hospital and health care centres as early as they face the
slightest problem and will not wait till major pain of issue comes up the health
care service charges will be more affordable to the people as they get treated at
early stages. Also, advancement in technology will take a major turn and its
impact on patients will be great to appreciate. Working in such a healthy and
educated environment will be better and convenient In future as a health care
manager as the systems advances so as the quality of services does and the
resources will be better (Hines and Mercury., 2013.). It will be easy to make
patients understand the importance of their treatments and they can we well
explained the procedures with the help of technology.

Resources that can help when seeking my ideal role
There are many ways I can help myself to find a job in the health care sector. The
following tools may enable me to find my ideal job:
Facebook- it is a social media networking website where the individual can
upload respective details and concerns about themselves and explore the world
in hand. It is a very good medium to find a job as a health care manager, there is a
job dashboard which helps in finding a job the desired selected category will help
one keep posted about all the updates (Bakker., 2015). As today ever one is on
Facebook it’s a good way to find information about different health care centres
for me
LinkedIn: it is the world's largest professional network. It allows the workers as
well as employees to create their job working profile and then connects each
other with the online medium of social networking and it is kind of real-world
professional relationships. Here on updating the job profile, several companies
and health care centres may approach me all over the world if I fit in their working
criteria. LinkedIn is found to be the best professional site, which helps many
unemployed and deserving candidates to get better jobs and build better and
more professional contacts online.
Monster: it is an app which leads to providing jobs according to the requirements
of the people. Posting a resume including all the degrees and work experience on
this site will connect you to all the available job options in reference to health
care sector globally (Cassel and Guest., 2012.).
