Introduction
 In the present report I am going to discuss various elements in detail which
includes my ideal job role as well as an effective job description is also
prepared in this report.
 Also for seeking a job different resources are considered by me such as
LinkedIn, Indeed and monster which are going to be discussed in the
present report.

My Ideal Job
 I have a chose a job role of restaurant manager which is my ideal job. It is
very interesting job role for me and I love to work as a restaurant manager.
 In order to perform the job role of a restaurant manager in an effective
manner there are various skills which are required to do the work in an
appropriate manner.

 Being a restaurant manager, an individual person is responsible for performing
all the task in an effective manner by doing proper planning before conducting
