The ideal job after the graduation is Human Resource executive. As Human resource is
consider as profession that regularly ranks High on the lists of the best careers regarding the
earning potential, job growth, creativity, flexibility.
JOB DESCRIPTON
Human Resource manager are often consult to the top management of any firm. They are
the one who assist their firms to remain viable as they can attract top talent through the
recruitment the best employees for each and every position. They allow employees to develop
their talents and skills regarding enhance the productivity of the firm and Their own benefit.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
Conducting interviews, select the right candidate for right job as well as records them
accordingly.
Make smoothing the formalities for the new candidate
Updating and review the description of the job regarding all the positions consistently.
Prepare letters regarding offer and confirmation
Accountable for conducting the first round of the telephonic interviews
Regularly updating and maintaining master database such as personal file, personal
database regarding each worker.
Conducting the exit interviews of the staff members and also accountable for recording
them.
Providing benefits and compensation
Accountable for the monthly payroll and yearly form of the workers
To assure affixation regarding laws and regulations through liaising the agencies of the
government.
Follows the records regarding Statutory obligations such as ESIC, PF, taxes, bonus,
gratuity and many more.
HR Administration
Handling of the administration regarding all the temporary or contract labour
Describing and communication the policies of the HR to the staff members.

Preparing as well as submitting all the appropriate Letter of HR/certificates/documents as
well as attendance as per the need within consultation accompanied by the top
management.
HR Management
Accountable for handling all he grievances and enquiries
Responsible for the conflicts settlements as per the factory rules, labour laws.

Minimum degree of the Bachelor in any field with minimum of 60 % of percentage score in
graduation.

Candidate has the very good communication skills in both verbal and written communication

In order to get my desired job role, there are different types of resources available that I can
use it. This will help me to search and find out my ideal job. The resources are as follows :-
LinkedIn- it is an employment service App or platform that is used for professional networking
where both employers and candidate create profile and connect with each other.
In this I will create my profile where I will write my skills and educational qualification.
Also, I will connect with different employers and people. Moreover, I will search for job opening
of my interest or field. I will communicate with people and ask them for job openings. It will be
useful for me to view job listings and apply for my job role ( Harris, 2017)..
Facebook – It is an online social networking and media platform where people interact with
each other. The site helps in communicating with people all around the world and sharing views
and opinions.
Through this, I will post my job requirement update and ask people to look into it.
Furthermore, I will follow various company page and read vacancies required. Besides that, I
