INTRODUCTION
I this report I am going to explain the different skills that are required to get more
developed the different skills by which it is easy for mine to get the post of office manager. The
ideal job of mine is as was I seeking a position in the industry to utilise my skills and abilities
that offers professional growth while having the scope to practice my skills and enhance them by
process of learning and development (Armstrong, 2019). Quest of work in the company which
enable me to cope-up with the emerging as well as the latest technologies and also provides the
scope for widening the spectrum of my knowledge This report has focused on my ideal job, a job
description for the ideal job of mine, different resources that helped while seeking the job as like
LinkedIn, Twitter, Careers Fair, Networking Events, Job centre, and recruitment agencies,
Facebook, Monster, Indeed, reed and many others as well.
My ideal job
My ideal job is at which I have implies all my skills and abilities that has been gained or
achieved by me in my whole life. I want the job at where I have utilised all my skills in
systematic manner by which my abilities will get more developed. My idea job role is at where I
get the opportunity to get learning something that developed my capability. It helps me to
achieve higher success and more progress by which I could make my strong contribution in the
company (Bencharit, 2019). I have looking forwards a job at where I get an environment that has
more likely to teamwork-oriented that empowers to create more initiatives by which my strength
get more developed and become diverse in nature and interpersonal abilities. I have looking
forward to an environment that allows me to make more growth and success and provide the
better place work. I have worked in the positive surround at where my work get appreciate thus I
could strengthen my positivity while managing the weaknesses. I have more interest to work as a
manager as he is the one that have taken more responsibility and work with more perfection and
leads the team in effective manger. The manager is the one who has more authority and a lot of
people have performed their work under the guidance of the manager. He is the one who is more
important and manages the different operation by which the company could achieve higher
success and more growth within the timely manner.

pursuing my career as the management of administrative I have learned more academic
knowledge and from there my interest towards a manager will get more developed. As from
there, I have start working with more enthusiasm and thus I have learned different factors that
get improvised my academic and interpersonal skills and take some seminars and from their I
gained more information about the different factors that improvised my acquaintance about the
working behaviour and the approach of an office manager. I would like to work in a company
that provide more opportunity to me and provide the positive surround at where everyone is
more competent. I would like to work with this position as I have more passionate and it
motivates me a lot because it is a job role that is more plentiful and I have also looking forwards
(Dillahunt, 2018).

The real job role description of the ideal job role of mine is to make the positive
difference by which the growth and success has been measured that is more helpful and brings
more accomplishment in the life. It is more important that the person get more enjoyed with the
co-worker and thus it help to maintain I just want a job as from where I have feel more
appreciated and more valued where all the employee have more trust and belief towards each
other. The office manager is the job role that I always have loved to do as I am always being
more passionate and confident. It is the job roles that will get bring more challenge as with that I
have more growth and development in my life. The job description has includes the maintenance
of all the employee that get associated with the company and get performed their work under the
guidance of an office manager (Dunleavy, 2019). The manager must have ensured the shipping,
mailing, supplies and demand, flow and requirements of equipments, bill and errands as well.
The office manager must have organise and schedule the meeting by which more clarity will get
processed within all the employee by which they have more composed while performing the
necessary function that help to achieve the target with more less time. They have also contained
the appointment of the new candidates that are more helpful for the company and in that they
have more generous.
The manager have more certain and thus they have make the policies for the betterment
of the company and with that organises and manages the different operation as well as the
procedures to ensure that more benefit will get generated (Englund, 2019). The manager must

have coordinate with the different department and ensure that they have generate more profit.
Job descriptions have followed the different roles and responsibilities and adequate skills and
the qualification that is more suitable and support to make adequate changes. It will include the
mission, benefits and the culture of the company that will provided to the employees and with
the appropriate wage and position as per knowledge. It is the role through which I have to
operate the different operation by following adequate procedure, preparation of the payroll,
dealing of the filing system, assignment and the monitoring of the clerical function and many
others as well. It is more helpful for me and thus I have made better adjustment through which I
have gained efficient victory and more revenue and always try to make the successful changes by
which the company will gain more profit. I have always put all my effort by which the
performance of the company will always get more suppressed and also try to improvise the
working standard and the attitude of the business (Englund, 2019).

The person specification of my ideal job of mine is that it requires the a graduation with
minimum 70% aggregate and the candidate must have 70% marks in educational background,
having the good and effective communication skills, must have good spoken and written skills,
having minimum 2 years experience with managing field, having good analytical and technical
skills, more aware about the policy and procedure, have much efficiency to make the different
strategy for the welfare of company, have managed and conduct the training and development
process with more perfection and many others as well (Granovetter, 2018). The person
specification defines the description defines the description about the qualification, experience,
attributes, knowledge that must have been presented in the candidate that have performed all the
relative job duties with more perfection. It has been described on the basis of the job description
and gets linked with the recruitment process. It is a specification that will covers the experience,
skills, educational background, abilities, attributes of personal, qualities, attitude, behaviour,
competencies that are must to be in the a person for the role of office manager. I have the self
confidence and more motivation with that having the excellent communication skills and keen-
ness in my work, mo4r aware about my roles and responsibilities, I have the ability to work with
more calmness and even in the pressure as well and in that have more harmony with the
colleagues (Lup, 2018). I have more imaginative thinking and have enquiring in other
employees. The person specification is most vital part and it is the recruiter toolbox that will

allows making more effectual communication and the traits that is more important. It helps me to
make the higher potential in mine by which I have make the better understanding of the different
requirements of the job and that is more self-selective. It includes the effective job title and it is
more specific and helpful by which I have to make the successful changes it is more supportive
and all the different qualities of mine will get more sorted in from of the company and thus it is
more helpful for the company (Macke, 2018).
Resources that can help me when seeking employment
Employment is very much important in everyone’s life as it makes the person more
comfortable and stable by which the person could make the better change with more perfection.
Thus I have used some of the different resources by which I get more help and support to get
finds the different job. It support me to get find the job that is more appropriate for me and has
been used to make the better change with more advancement (Tam, 2018). Thus I have used the
different resources that are more required to get worked with more effectiveness. There are some
diverse resources as like LinkedIn, Target Jobs, Prospects, Google, Indeed, Monster, Facebook,
Glassdoor, Totaljobs, CV-library, Careers Fair, Networking Events, Job Centre, Reed, Jobrapido
and many other as well. But I have used the LikendIn, Indeed and Facebook and there are some
various advantages and disadvantage both. The advantages are as they have provided the widest
variety by which it is easy to search the job that is more relative to your profile or educational
background. On the other hand, there are some disadvantages of these resources as well like it is
more difficult to get select by the organisation that is more suitable. I have used some different
tools that enable me to find the ideal job role and that are as defined below as:
Linkedin: It is an employment-oriented online service app that will get generate via
mobile as well as by website too. It help me a lot while searching a job as it is the
platform where all the companies get linked and have a profile thus it is easy to get the
vacancy of the company (Tu, 2018).
Facebook: It is the platform by which we can connect to every people by mutual
understanding. It also help while finding the employment as I have to set the location and
the industry and it provide all the relative information and get notified all the new
vacancy related to particular job profile (Walmsley, 2018).
