Preparing for success is the process which is used by the students to improve their overall
performance in the academic career (Al-Sawy, 2019). In their student life, individual have to set
goals regarding their ideal job and they have to make themselves accordingly to become skilled
for the role. In addition, it helps in improving individual knowledge or creativity that is
beneficial in the future in their professional life. This assessment based on the ideal job after
graduation, it required job description, person specification and the qualities required to become

My ideal job after graduation is to become assistant manager in the retail industry, so i
preferred to work as assistant managers in Tesco Plc. Ideal job should be related to your interest
which helps in maximising company’s profitability. Currently I am improving myself or my
skills to become suitable candidate for the organization and they prefer me to hire in comparison
to other candidates (Curda and Westeren, 2019). I wanted to be an assistant manager of Tesco
Plc which is UK based company and it is huge popular in the retail sector. Currently i am
perusing graduation and i am improving myself for my ideal job.
Although assistant manager roles can vary widely among businesses, the responsibilities
of assistant manager generally include assisting the store manager, recruiting and training staff,
designing and maintaining shift schedules (Braun And et.al., 2018). Consider job description
for the role of assistant manager to start developing a work listing for the company position. For
the role of assistant manager, i have to develop my skills and competencies to become right
candidate who helps the organization to achieve their goals & objectives.
