organisation achieve goals and objectives. The main focus of the company is to become more
profitable in the market. Morrisons is a retail supermarket which provides quality products to the
consumers. Due to the ethical practices the organisation has seen an exponential growth in the
industry (Surbakti, and et.al 2020). There is a significant change in the customer preferences the
organisation is offering quality products to attain maximum customer satisfaction. They are
using various technological aspects to achieve great results in the coming future. The report aims
to analyse about understanding the role of various key departments which helps the organisation
to achieve the inherent goals and objectives. On the other hand, in this report there will be brief
discussion about various key dimension of business. Along with that, there will be evaluation
about the different functions of business.

needs. The employees can maximize the efforts in order to provide quality products to the
consumers (Di Vaio, and et.al 2020). Morrisons is experienced in terms of managing the
operations in the workplace. The operations fulfils the duties and responsibilities in an
effective manner. The manager establish a healthy working environment in which the
employees work in a coordinated way. Due to the values and structure they are able to
offer excellent products to the consumers. With the help of effective communication the
manager helps the workforce to overcome different challenges which arises in the
workplace. The operations department has helped the organisation to successfully

company's growth and success in the market. This department helps the organisation to

perform their duties and work responsibilities in an effective manner. They help the
