Lesson planning techniques should be appropriately benchmarked with the student’s need
so that they are well compatible with their learning styles as well as academic levels. A
classroom is considered balanced if it has students with different academic levels even though
they might be in the same grade. Such classroom environment demands the diversification of
teaching techniques so that every student feels accommodate and able to follow up the learning

only require enough attention from tutors in order to improve and keep in the right. Being able
to meet the academic needs of a student is the single most important effort any teacher can make.
A teacher is required to integrate the lessons into instructions that the student can interpret and
clearly understand with ease. In the progress of their learning, monitoring and tracking their
progress is very crucial as it provides a proper ground for assessment and modifications for
