Lesson planning techniques should be appropriately benchmarked with the student’s need
so that they are well compatible with their learning styles as well as academic levels. A
classroom is considered balanced if it has students with different academic levels even though
they might be in the same grade. Such classroom environment demands the diversification of
teaching techniques so that every student feels accommodate and able to follow up the learning
process. Just like Erasto, all students in the classroom have their levels of academic capabilities
only require enough attention from tutors in order to improve and keep in the right. Being able
to meet the academic needs of a student is the single most important effort any teacher can make.
A teacher is required to integrate the lessons into instructions that the student can interpret and
clearly understand with ease. In the progress of their learning, monitoring and tracking their
progress is very crucial as it provides a proper ground for assessment and modifications for
better performance.

Lesson adaptation to students needs necessary in any IEP class. Thus, a student always
has a proper ground of interaction with the teacher in the learning environment. This atmosphere
helps the teacher to identify a different need that might be in the student and be able to address
them appropriately. The general understanding of a student’s environment helps IEP teachers to
select lesson designs that fit the students. The curriculum also gives an advance prompt of the
needs that have academically been proved to exist for an IEP student. Looking into it gives the
direction of how to adapt the lessons as well as activities associated with classwork but are done
