- Payment incentives are biased towards the provision of
conventional medical care
 Marginalization of alternative therapies, integrative
approaches and preventive strategies
 there is broad agreement among stakeholders that the
status quo is wasteful, dis-functional, and increasingly

 These debates limits the effeteness to quality LLW

Conclusion
Health promotion is necessary for guiding integrated
health promotion planning
 Live Life Well is aimed at generating solutions to solve
health care challenges .
 It also requires one to bring in the participation of policy
makers that unites individuals and the general population.
