Recommendations
Development of inclusive work environment: IKEA must develop
inclusive work environment at workplace. This will support company
in retaining of talented and diverse workforce at workplace. This
results in higher growth, improved brand image, increased sales,
increased innovation etc.

Conclusion
From the above findings and research outcomes, it has been concluded
that most of the respondents are familiar with the concept of cultural
diversity. There are different roles discussed that played by cultural
diversity in the workplace including improves employee engagement,
increase creativity, enhance cultural insights

Reflection
I am happy that I got a chance for conducting research project on the
purpose of the significance of managing cultural diversity in improving
business performance. By doing this investigation I improved my
understanding regarding the role of cultural diversity management in the
workplace.
