issues that can happen related to the problem of employees. Suppose if the employees are not
taking interest and delivering their best when it is not possible to deliver the best product. Other
than that the micro-environmental factors and the macro- environmental factors are also
something that can make the company suffer on many losses (Parson, 2017). Every company has
a responsibility towards corporate sustainability responsibility which means that they might have
some responsibilities towards their environment and they should be able to go through some of
the options that can help the company grow and also it can make a good reputation for the
company in front of the people. The main objective of the company designs such furniture that
can make the people live life with their best and have an amazing experience with that furniture.

knowledgeable thing is something really great that we felt. The benefits that I found the whole
working in a team us that if someone is not able to understand anything then someone else can
try and manage that thing and also it can be helpful for managing the teamwork. The main
benefit of working as a team is to cope with the issues and managing the problem of the team
member as well (Vinay, 2017)..
