Introduction
 The community service will serve the needy members from the Australian community,
including the immigrants.
 The service will help the disadvantaged community from Australia without
discrimination.
 Few of the services provided by the organisation to immigrants will include:
1. Education
2. Employment
3. Immigration Assistance
4. Settlement Help
5. Sponsorship
This will help to restore the community’ spiritual, ecological, social and economic

Consumer Engagement
 The primary consumers of the service will include the immigrants, with
special priority given to the senior and disabled individuals.
 For the immigrants with disabilities, following services will be ensured:
 Occupational services
 Physical therapeutically services
 Nursing support
 Behavioural and speech therapy
 For the senior members, senior residence facilities will be constructed,
along with day care facilities.

 A community discussion board will be formed with the help of locals
and immigrants representative to discuss the issues with the
concerned group and determine strategies.
 At all levels of program planning, significant support is required from
the locals and authoritarians, for which, the local government would
be requested for (Wood, Humphrey & Pryke, 2016).

Program Planning and Development
 For the community service project, the local government will provide
financial support.
 The board would comprise of 40% of immigrant representative and
the rest would be the service planners, local people and government
officials.
 The Salvation Army would be reached out for, to get extended
support and aid on the community service program development.

 A three month enrolling program would be started to enrol the names
of the immigrants in need of help.
 Data will be analysed to figure out the number of senior members
and disabled individuals.
 The board will decide the proceedings, however the local government
has the right to deny any of them or veto.

Program Implementation and
Monitoring
 The enrolment program will be started and at the end of first month, the first batch
of service delivery, such as financing, residential services and other decides
provisions will be distributed, with priority given to the senior and disabled members.
 The enrolment number will be tallied and compared with the state immigrant
population data, to check the efficacy of the program reach.
 Background check of the enrolled individuals will be performed to evaluate their
compliance with the Migration Act of 1958, and whether they are categorised under
‘unlawful non-citizens’ (Caton, 2019).

 Sustainability evaluation will be performed at the end of 5th week, to
check whether the funding and finances are supporting the project.
 If any immigrant found to be unlawfully residing, they will be
requested to approach concerned authority and let hem know about
it. However, they will be assisted by the community service program
and taken care of.

Program Evaluation
 Successful indicators of the program will include successful delivery
of health provisions to the needy immigrants, residential support
delivery and legal assistance provided to the enrolled members.
 To seek continuous improvement, regular evaluation of the finances,
sustainability and support evaluation will be performed.
