Introduction

Since centuries the concern of immigrants has been evolving. The hostility in the homeland tries

stand to be in plenty.

The displacement taking place historically has also continued as a trend and the population all
across the globe has been impacted with the aftermath of immigrants. The uncontrolled and

poorly managed migration has a significant impact on the gross domestic product along with the
various other associated drawbacks.
Considering the global scenario, it is estimated that more than 250 million people stay outside of
the homeland (Bansak, Kirk, Jens Hainmueller, and Dominik Hangartner, 26; Dell'Olio, Fiorella,
17; Hainmueller, Jens, and Daniel J. Hopkins, 540; Haaland, Ingar, and Christopher Roth, 19). In
search for a better living and lifestyle, the migration has impacted the displacement. With the
conflicts and violence been the outcome, the migration has been a representation of political
unmanaged scenarios too worldwide. The rise of trend has been subject to the increased illegal
immigrants occupying lands elsewhere that their home countries (Bansak, Kirk, Jens
Hainmueller, and Dominik Hangartner, 26; Dell'Olio, Fiorella, 17; Hainmueller, Jens, and Daniel
J. Hopkins, 540; Haaland, Ingar, and Christopher Roth, 19). The apathy of the situation wherein
the migrants are being brought to the lands tends to disrupt not only the lives of migrants but the
population of the lands too. From ethical perspectives too, there is a greater disruption and the
loss of trust on humanity and mankind tends to rise (Bansak, Kirk, Jens Hainmueller, and
Dominik Hangartner, 26; Dell'Olio, Fiorella, 17; Hainmueller, Jens, and Daniel J. Hopkins, 540;
Haaland, Ingar, and Christopher Roth, 19). The displacement leading to various negativity and
the likelihood of cause of conflicts holds greater negativity.
The status quo linked to the concern is attributed to the grant of legal status too for the illegal
immigrants. Though the same has not been implemented all across the globe, certain developed
nations are proposing the idea wherein the illegal immigrants can be considered and legal status

can be awarded to them. The offering which the illegal immigrants have been receiving is crucial

concern lies in the provisioning of voting rights for the population.
Reasons For Unsuccessful Approach
There are various factors that are associated with the failures on part of the approach being
currently implemented for the immigrants. With respect to awarding legal citizenship, the impact

The population of the nation’s wherein the immigrants migrate are not receptive to the change.
As it significantly impacts the growth in economy and hampers the prevailing working

approach basis which the legal residency can be awarded to residents. As an outcome of the

various challenges faced with the unstructured growth of migrants, the use of hostility and

There needs to be a valid approach that would well signify the reason based on the existence of
migrants. In case if the migrants are being offered the rights, not equivalent to those of the

cooperation amongst nations and the political implications need to be balanced too.
While the plight of immigrants can be well controlled with the relevant course of action, there
would lie enhanced opportunity for the migrants too in order to look for the right approach and

participate in order to have the course of action well charted would be a conglomerate operating

developed nations are supposed to have a regulated approach, the conglomerate being a
