Magna International is the largest Canadian global automotive supplier which is
headquartered in Aurora, Ontario, Canada. The company supplies different automobile parts to
large companies like Global Automobiles, Ford and General Motors (www.magna.com). The
company has annual revenue of more than US$ 35 billion and employs around 165,000
employees all around the world.
Summary of the Event
The following report deals with the ICCRC policies of the country that are applied for the
immigrants who gains residential status of the North American state. The management of the
company has recently decided to hire some professionals applying the following immigration
rules and thus has decided to conduct an interview. The report has taken into consideration one
of the potential employee and has also provided brief answers to each of the questions.
Employee Profile
The employee that has been considered in this following report originally hails from
Australia and has acquired a permanent residential status just a few months back. He is a HR
management graduate from Queensland University and has completed his post graduation from
the same university. The employee is currently seeking a full time job in his specification in
Canada and he finds himself to be best suited for the job. He is academically quite sound but he
lacks in practical exposure. However the company has a proper training program in place which
can help him gather the required skills. The management has to take care of the ICCRC

Answer: Client refers to the person whose interests are undertaken by the member of the

formulated under the Citizenship Act or the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

Answer: Yes I have a brief idea about the following service and I know that the service can

company is in the news for the time being due to the innovative concept of producing
lightweight and fuel efficient vehicles.
8. How can you differentiate from the other employees of your category?
Answer: First of all I am new to this organization which makes me more hungry to explore my
job and secondly my academic qualifications represents my stronghold in my area of interest

9. What can be done if your application for residential status does not stand on solid ground
and gets rejected by the ICCRC policies?
Answer: I am not new to answers like “we will refund the entire amount” and so my
resettlement solution helps me to file my application under the right category.
10. If you are hired by the company how can you serve as an able HR executive?
Answer: As I mentioned earlier I believe that I possess the right quality to serve the company
by following the right procedures.
11. How will you close the client files?
Answer: The client file can only be closed while all the refunds and dues have been cleared
and all the property belonging to the client has been returned.
12. What can be done to ensure the confidentiality of the client?
Answer: Articles 8.1 and 8.4 including the Code of Professional Ethics ensures the ICCRC
member to maintain a certain degree of confidentiality of the client files.
13. What is the penalty for the breach of the regulation?
Answer: There have been cases where some offences have been committed and information
has been passed on. Such offences if commuted for the first time are let off just by some
warning, after which a fine of $100 is imposed. The failure to correct such offences results in
suspension and ultimately revocation.

Answer: The mandate is to protect customers of immigration services through proper
