AI Summary
This report provides an overview of the field of immunology and its relationship with cancer. It begins by introducing immunomodulatory drugs and their significance in treating hematologic malignancies, highlighting the concept of immune surveillance. The report then discusses the immune system's anti-tumour mechanisms and the impact of immune deficiencies on cancer development. It emphasizes the immune system's role in preventing cancer and the interaction between immune cells and tumour cells. The report also touches upon various immune responses and therapeutic approaches, including drugs like thalidomide and modern immunotherapies such as ipilimumab and nivolumab. Finally, it includes a list of relevant references from books and journals, providing a foundation for further study in this field.

INTRODUCTION
The immunomodulatory drug which used to include such as lenalidomide and
pomalidomide, they used to play very significant role in the therapy of hematologic malignancies
that are used to introduce multiple factor of myeloma. That is called as immune surveillance of
the body (Chou and et. al., 2018). As per this, there are many effective immune mechansim
which is anti tumour and has elaborated in such a way. Antitumour immune response is very
measurable by the immune mechanism of immune surveillance. There are number of concept
which is identified in nature and can cause various complication which is associated with this.
For example the patient who is facing various issue who are immune deficient such as people
who have is suffering from AIDS, and this is higher frequency of cancer. Moreover, the tumour
is develop in these individual which is tend to be lymph proliferative tumour which is called as
lymphoma cancer (Ottina and et. al., 2018). The immune system which is useful in the
prevention of of cancer and provide extra antibody to detect and kill the virus or growth of
cancer cell. As per this, there is no any doubt which is established that the immune system can
interact with the cell which is responsible for the tumour. They develop their abnormal cell in
various ways. There are number of immune response rather in natural or can induced. That lead
to develop the regression of this. In order to this, there are evidence which is based on natural
induced to maintain tumour such as methylcholanthrene induced sarcomas in the murine model.
In the state of equilibrium they are about to learn the various approach which is become
apparent. In this chapter the brief overview of immunology and biological therapies which is
revenant in order to know the fact and figure (Sarkar and et. al., 2019).
There are various drug such as thalidomide which was sold as a sedative drug under the
trade name of contergan in the year 1950s to 1960. Cancer immunology is a branch of
immunology which is used to study about the interaction between of immune system and cancer
cell. In the field of cancer the immunodiagnosis and this is new discovery which is helpful in
order to recover the patient (Nagarsheth and et. al., 2017). In addition to this, the immune
response usually include number of interest in identification and recognition which is based on
knowledge that is gained by the development of new vaccines and antibody for the therapies. In
the the understanding with the advance biology, this is well analyse that the the cancer is defined
as the growth of cell which is abnormal in nature and use to create various factor and create life
threatening issue with patient. There are some drug which is used in the treatment cancer and

they are act as immunology therapies drugs such as ipilimumab, nivolumab, pemabrolizaumab,
avelumab and many more (Wculek and et. al., 2020).
