The country has suffered with its businesses and its overall association with Europe. The

advantages and disadvantages of leaving the European Union for UK. How different factors such

worldwide but after sometime it will lead the organisation towards tremendous benefits.
The political part would open more opportunities for STEMCOR to develop its business
which were blocked because of the strict EU laws, also, it would help the organisation to
grow more freely. STEMCOR now can take open actions to make its organisation grow
without being interrupted from any political domination.
• Economic: Though Britain's exit from European Union has been proved bad for its
economy, yet there are various economical advantages that United Kingdom and
STEMCOR would be observing in the near future. These might lead the organisation
towards growth and better performance because of less taxes and open financial market.
• Being able to make trade deals: Due to the strict law and Union's challenges
STEMCOR has to face serious troubles whenever the company wanted to make trade

country and look for better options. STEMCOR might lose it precious employees and the

Brexit. The exit has shut down opportunities for younger people to move freely for
education, travelling and business purposes. STEMCOR might face trouble when the
