their suitability. Further, the difference between security and privacy are illustrated together with

security, innovative features, performance enhancement etc. This system runs on the modular
framework of “Pay as you go.” With the adoption of Cloud, the customers are now able to
emphasize upon deployment of a large number of applications, projects as well as innovation.
Basically, it can be said to be a modest ideology yet it yields favourable outcomes for company
on a large scale.

opportunities for an organisation. It not just affects the international performance but also the
internal unit named IT. Cloud Computing is an effective technique through which the traditional
methodologies of storing data can be replaced by new and improved technologies. It is bringing
forward unique ways as well as tools for the organisation utilising it.
Cloud Storage can be referred to as model of computer data storage where digital data is
stored within logical pool. This is being considered as an effective approach, which is being
utilised by business organisations in present time to store, manage and transfer the data. This has
helped companies in improving overall performance level because, previously it was found that

IT department of a company used to store the data, among different range of hard drives, which
were heavy and hard to be moved, as it requires proper setup from one system to another. This
impacted heavily because, internet was not that fast in previous times and due to that, company's
were not been able to share the big files from one computer to another. Cloud storage has
basically given this, opportunity to business organisations to transfer, manage and store data not
on their own storage devices but on online servers, which are being offered by cloud computing
for business organisations (Huda and Teh, 2018).

Basically, there are three types of cloud which could be utilised by business organisations
and these are public, private and hybrid could systems. When considering cloud applications,
businesses now have various options, and understanding the differences between different types
of cloud can help a business organisation in making a much more fruitful decision when it comes
to choosing the cloud solution for the firm. Primal most system which is present for business
world i.e. Public Cloud and it is used with the help of internet, in order to stay connected with
both services and the customers. This basically, offers easy, inexpensive access to different range
of software along with the storage. In present context, Google app can be considered as a good
example of a public cloud. Another one of the most crucial system that can be utilised by
companies i.e. Private Cloud. Basically, large companies looks forward to take in use of private

cloud due to the concern of security. This offers immense security to business organisation
considering the security level of firewall (Goldie, 2016). This helps in restricting the overall
access to business data. But, it also consist with a drawback because a private cloud requires
typical in-house IT resources, which requires proper maintenance from time to time. Hybrid
Cloud is being considered as one of the most powerful cloud type that use both private along
with the public cloud system. Thus, these are some of crucial cloud systems that can be utilised
by a business organisation in order to run it's operations in a smooth manner.
Over here, for a company like Tesco, it is recommended to take in use of Hybrid Cloud
storage solution as it offers both public and private combination based facilities.
Difference between privacy and security and company's cloud achieved to be private and secured
Security in the field of IT, refers to one of the most crucial approach which mainly works
as a safeguard for important data, On the other hand, privacy is much more linked with
safeguarding the identity of a user who is running internet in his or her mobile/computer or any
other electronic devices (Collins and Halverson, 2018). In other words, it can be said that
security is basically being referred to overall protection of data, so that no unauthorized
individual could gain access to it. On the other side, privacy is directly connected with the users
details, which he or she share on internet on social media or any other business official website.
Along with this, if it is talked about a company's clouds privacy and security concerns.
Then, Tesco can be taken over here as a good example, where organisation has used, hybrid
cloud storage system and this is because, organisation is performing at multinational level, which
ultimately puts it into the danger in regards to the data. There are many hackers and other cyber
criminals are sitting outside the box, who knows how to crack a system and steal all the data
from it. Here, Tesco has somehow, saved itself considering hybrid cloud type, because it consists
with various range of features like, it delivers sensitive production data on an application in a
private cloud to maximize security and then archive less critical data on a public cloud service to
take advantage of the less expensive storage solutions. This directly reduces the chances of
leaking any sort of data out of the cloud storage system, which Tesco is using.
Along with this, it has also been analysed that hybrid clouds also efficient for the
business organisations like Tesco, because it is much cost-effective as well, if it is compared
with a private cloud computing system (Arnold and Boggs, 2019). It can be said that, a business
organisation, whether it is small, medium or large in nature, it could offer great advantage of the

computing. As it offers both private cloud specifications without putting so much of cost in it
and it also pays extra resources as well on the public cloud, which the whole world is using.
CONCLUSION
With the help of above mentioned report, it is being concluded that cloud computing is
the next level technology which is helping business organisations in reaching to new heights in
specified time frame. With the help of an effective Hybrid cloud storage system, an organisation
can get benefits of both private along with the public cloud system as well. On the other hand,
using type of cloud storage system, a company would not even have to put heavy investments as
well.
