INTRODUCTION

racial superiority. In this film they show unique insights into Australia's relationship which they
have with indigenous people. Settler settlement is the form of development in which imperial
power is sighted the immigration of settlers. In the Australian society the issues and
representation and marginalised. The film so show the similar pictures. Further this film portray
that indigenous people are self conscious. The conflict which take between settlers is shown in
the film which become theme of Australia movie. The dispossession of the aboriginal people
form their land is lead to the drastic decline in their population. While the repercussion of
Aboriginal people were killed in violent clashes because they have privilege to get settle on land
(Zubrick, Shepherd and Walker 2014). There are many aboriginal people who are forces in the
cities to leave. They were forces to live outskirts or in the public housing. There are many parts
of the country where violence is taken against the aboriginal people. In the movie it reflects the
way aboriginal people live in Australia. Along with it show that indigenous people are happy
with the land they live and they move from place to place without settle down at fixed home.
Due to dispossession people suffer a lot as because they have strong feeling with their land. It is
not privilege to disposed the people who live who have strong feeling related to their homeland
which can affect them if they were disposed from land. Privilege is provided to Aboriginal
people as because they are living on the same land from longer period of time.

relationship can be described as forming an ontological belonging. There spiritual belief is set on
the system which hold then with a land. Therefore, this relationship with country reflect that
there is an incomparable difference which they have between the home, sense of belonging to
that particular place. Further there ontological relationship with the land is the way that nation is
established for us. There are many aboriginal people who live far from their home and town to
express their needs to be buried in their own country. Buried lead to create serious relationship
with indigenous people which show that they have strong relation with their country. The impact
of racism is faced by the Torress strait Islander people and Aboriginal at the workplace,
systemic racism and white privilege.
The strong focus on Aboriginal and Torres worldviews and cultural safety lead to create a space
for non aboriginal participant in order to listen and learn from the understanding of the aboriginal
participant.

Aboriginal people have occupied their traditional lands in Australia on the other hand The Torres
strait Islander worldviews have occupied 270 or more island in the Torres straits. Aboriginal
peoples of Australia are facing lots of challenges which incudes floods and droughts. There is
difference in cultural and ethnic in between The Torres strait Islander worldviews and aboriginal
people as because each of them having their own tradition and language. In the season changes
they like to move from one are to defined area. They do so because of their culture belief if they
travel from one place to other it will create physical environment by the actin of spiritual
ancestors. Without being affected by differences both aboriginal and Torres strait Islander
worldviews had negative effect their health because of colonisation (Peeters, Hamann and Kelly

psychophysically to the multiple generation. Further due to arrival of non indigenous people it
presents that unwellness has reason a great deal of harm to the health of aboriginal people. There
is negative health outcome lead to deep underlying causes that is racism, discrimination, loss of
identity and culture. There is barrier in improving aboriginal and Torres strait Islander health
outcomes that is deficit thinking which unable them to overcome their health issues. Further
racism become of the significant factor which becoming barrier in taking treatment from health
care institution.

culturally for aboriginal and Torres strait Islander peoples
For understanding the contemporary life of indigenous Australian it is important to
understand there historical and cultural aspect. In many of the cities there are 32% of indigenous
people. To acknowledge realities of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians it is
important to understand their cultural way. Australians indigenous cultural tradition have a
history and cohesiveness which is unmatched in all over the world. Further there is end of
indigenous Australian traditions and they are now adopting new form of the older cultural
themes with brining new vitality (Kelly, Mercer and Cheng, 2009). Therefore, modern
Indigenous Australia presents new issues and challenges for the restoration of friendly relations.
In Australia aboriginal people are living since from 120,000 years. They are living from the tome
when British arrived in 1788.
While colonisation there were just about 260 well-defined languages. Indigenous people
in Australia lived in small family groups and were not properly settled. Families are living in a
defined territory and they are move crosswise a defined area following seasonal changes.
Different history and culture is possess by different group of indigenous people. Further in some
parts of country the main aim of colonisation is to clear the lands of aboriginal people. Therefore,
poisoned flour was distributed to aboriginal people due to which they suffer from diseases for
instance chicken pox, measles et which provide dramatic effect on people who didn't get
treatment on time (Sushames, Uffelen and Gebel, 201). Therefore,the period of colonisation had
created great affect the life and self perception of aboriginal people. But it is noted that
indigenous people had struggles for justice since colonisation. Further institutional racism in the
Australian health care system come through providing health care to aboriginal people. Later
