Introduction
Lack of internal communication is one of most
common challenge for retail industry. The retail has
complex operations and function so that it is not
easy task to maintain internal communication (Huq,
2019). This challenge is mainly faced by large
retail companies within multiple division.
Inefficient communication between divisions which
can disrupt the overall business processes. Poor
communication in workplace can increase
confusion, friction, irritations and frustration which
are extremely create tense environment.
Background
Tesco is the largest retailer in UK and founded
in 1919 by Jack Cohen. However, its
performance started to decrease in their UK
operation due to lack of coordination,
communication with employees (Huq, 2019). It
has been justified that identifying the recession
issue which was started in 2008. The reason for
such problem as determined by manager such
as lack of internal communication between
operational and marketing department
Results
it concluded that communication plays important
role within retail industry. It is helping for staff
member to improve own metal wealth and also
gain more opportunity in term of growth or
development. an effective engagement strategy is
motivating the staff member to engage with their
colleagues. HR has provided the better
compensation and reward on the basis of their
performance.in this way, employee can establish
the better coordination with potential staff
member in order to resolve their queries.

sector was affected and felt the negative impact

staff member in the workplace. Thus, it will be affecting on the mental wealth
of employee within retail industry. Investigator has chosen secondary analysis
on peer review of employee satisfaction or dissatisfaction due to poor
communication

The retailer need to implement Zinger model in context of engagement. It
help for improving the poor communication among staff members. This
model is basically used for achieving desirable goal and objective.
