 A literature review is the element of qualitative research
in which research discuss about the perception of
various authors in order to conduct a study on particular
topic. In order to make the research reliable and
authentic, literature review is the best option to drive out
the problems of research and identify issues and
understand reach problem(Simoes and et.al., 2018).

 This industry is facing huge loss in the long run as due to pandemic,
cinemas are totally shut and there is still not clue to operate them as
fear of Covid-19 is still on. The research has find the gap on the
topic that, films and shows are still in the flow but cinemas are
getting affected with the pandemic and its consequences through
internet. People could watch shows and films on other applications
such as Netflix which Is a platform to find all the entertainment that

which includes a subject matter of authors understanding and

 In order to ascertain credentials of authors there are many sources
to find their name, year of publication and the topic. Different
publication have different structure of their credentials such as
books publication have their names in the starting of books.

Primary research: It is a type of research in which the investigator collects
the data by himself. In primary research there is first hand data (Yurievna,
O.K., 2019). The research report is more reliable in case of primary data.
Primary research is also known as field research. In this original data is
collected.
Advantages
 It is seen that the data is more specific in case of primary research. As the
investigator collects the data himself all the things such as aims, objectives
and rationale are kept in mind to collect the information.
Advantages and disadvantages of primary
and secondary research

Secondary Research: It is another method of conducting research. It is also know
as desk research. In this method the researcher do not collect any primary data.
But rely on existing sources such as already published books, articles, magazines,
newspapers and websites to do literature review. It is use of second hand data. It
is vital to collect the data from reliable sources and check authenticity.
Advantages
 This method is convenient for researcher as it can be carried out from library or
home. There is no need to go on field and ask the respondents. There is reduction
in complexity as there is no need to meet the respondents.

 If I will be given another opportunity than I will conduct research related “ To
impact of Covid-19 on retail sector.” As there are number of companies that deal in
retail sector and some of them deal in essential goods as well. So, the research
would help me to analyse the impact of COVID-19 on the sale of essential goods
as well as ways used by business organisation to work at the time of Covid.
 For this purpose I will use primary research as it helps to know about the specific
and authenticated information. Along with that to collect information related to
Covid and its impact it is better to use primary research as it is a new topic.
Another opportunity to conduct research
