CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
Enpark is Business Park that is involved in facilitating energy and assessing business
environment in Middle East. It is member of the TECOM Investments Science cluster and
located in Dubai Technology & Media Free Zone. It is dedicated free zone for environment
technology and clan energy (Kleis and et. al., 2012). The main objective of Enpark is to provide
residential and commercial space, education, leisure facilities and research centres with in
sustainable community. On the other hand, it will feature the production firm with environment
friendly production lines, retail space, entertainment outlets etc. In addition to this, it is necessary
for Enpark to develop the campaigns according to requirement so that environment can be safe
and developed in an easy manner. Under this, there are some components, which contribute
towards the growth of business for an instance reducing operational costs, better level of
consumer service, enhancing revenues etc. Through using advance technology, firm can improve
these all objectives in an effective manner. Enhancing productivity is a main key of minimizing
cost and company can invest more in order to increase market share in an effective or better
manner (Myllylahti, 2014).
1.1 Digital Technology
In this present time, digital technology creates the value for business, provide better
experience to consumers and support the key operations of business. Companies use the digital
technology in order to take benefits in their internal and external operations. Information
technology has modernized operations as well as infrastructure of business from time that

people in public venue and providing channel for the purpose of promoting products as we; as
services. Digital technology helps in maximising productivity and development of business in
