INTRODUCTION
Digital technologies are beneficial for business operations and improving quality of
services of the entity. It influences organisation's effectiveness as well as further implementation
at higher level. Present report aims to identify the impact of using digital technologies on
business operations of Nisa. It is a small scale retail sector organisation of UK that provides
groceries and home products. In this regard, research methods and specification tools are
discussed for data collection impacted on decision making for the furthrer years regarding
business operations. However, importance of adopting digital technologies for Nisa will be
understood in this study.

Research method is a kind of data collection for analysing current business performance
of any entity. For this purpose, information is gathered through primary and secondary data
collection methods. In accordance with this, under primary data collection, research is conducted
at primary level by conducting survey, face to face interview and direct survey (Fichten, C.S.,
Asuncion and Scapin, 2014). Therefore, actual business performance is identified including
different ideas for further implementations. However, primary data collection is done through
using qualitative and quantitative methods for analysing respondents' views on the findings.
Under qualitative method, respondents' views, attitude and interests are identified while
quantitative method is for collecting data as respondents' views quantitatively. Likewise,

analysing financial statements of company, using social networking sites and so on.

research and fact findings also generate different ideas for further implementations. Research philosophy: In this research, interpretivism approach is to be used in which
interpretation on business performance (Westerman, Bonnet and McAfee, 2014). In this
