understanding that would be helpful for me in carrying out future researches. As developed

This has improved my learning. Apart from this I got to know benefits of digital technologies for
small business. I was not having good technical knowledge but while conducting this

In addition, earlier to that I was able to coordinate with my team members, but in this
research I had to communicate with the external persons those were employees of Black Penny
restaurants. It was good experience for me because I have improved my communication skills. I

majorly. It has improved my understanding about importance of digital technology in the small

While conducting the research my analytical skills have been improved to great extent. I
was good at it but still in this project I had to analyses information and I become able to meet the
objective of the research. My time management skills have been developed. I got to know about
