Background of the study
Project management is the discipline of initiating, planning and many
other essential activities that are required to perform several tasks. In this
way, specific goals and objectives will be develops that assists to meet with
unique design and enhancing several products and services in the business
environment.
Digital technology determines important concept in success of the
business. This is because it carries electronic tools, systems, devices and
resources. In this aspect, there are several elements included, which assists
to generate more profits and revenue at workplace. It includes on-line games,
social media, etc. (Mackey and Gas, 2015).
However, digital technology determines several elements that promote
business and its operations in a successful way. This is because it changes
ways in which customers are interacting with the organisations. Also, the
activities of digital technologies are very important to organise activities that
enhance productivity.
In addition to this, it also increase competitive advantages that are
important for increasing efficiency, sales and saves money as well. Further, it
also plays very important role to make a successful economy in the country.
The internet also becomes increasing which integrate into the business
marketing.
Qbic hotel is a small sector of the hospitality industry, so that they should
implement advanced technology. Therefore, they can serve advance services
to a customer so that it impacts positively on them (Bimber, 2014). In this way,
they will easily attract potential customers at the workplace. In addition to this,
the company can also serve high-quality food and implement Wi-Fi services at
the workplace. It will also create an effective brand image to the business for
meeting its targets.

Scope of the study: In respect to develop effective results at workplace,
there are several objectives and aim has been ascertained that make creative
functions at workplace. Therefore, it assists to gather relevant information
towards the goals and objectives. Researcher require total £520 to undertake
different activities. With the help of these activities, researcher can identified
relevant information at workplace which make creative functioning in the
business unit. Total 32 days are total taken to complete the activities in the
business.

Based on the planned activities, researcher done his research according
to their requirement and in this aspect, so work can be dividing with time
frame on each stage. Therefore, various tasks accomplished in a systematic
way with the implementation of different aspect (Taylor, Bogdan and DeVault,
2015). In this context, following are certain relevant elements can be applied
in the business:
Cost: As per the present budget, we have around £580. Therefore, we
must set cost for each activity according to it. This is fixed cost that
needed for accomplishing the tasks and objectives at workplace. This
related to exploration, a collection of primary and secondary research
(Gabriel, 2015). Different activities of the present project will be
accomplished in desired manner. In this way, proper arrangement of
the investment amount is needed to accomplish aim.
Risk: In the present research, mainly risk occurs when researcher has
limited time and cost. Therefore, participants face issues to accomplish
targets in a proper manner. Further, researcher also has problem to fill
questionnaire by customers because they are too much engaged so
that relevant information cannot be gather effectively (Nakata, 2015).

Researcher face risk due to he has less time and cost which create
impact on the business goals and objectives.
Scope: To carry the present research, it has very wide scope to
implement digital technologies that enhance growth and profitability at
the workplace. In this context, revenue enhances that make effective
functioning in the market. In this way, innovations also help to develop
targets in systematic aspects (Kaufmann, Moore and Gur, 2015). In
respect to carry the present research, it has benefits that scope
continuously increasing in systematic manner. It is the best way to
operate more systematic work performance for further research
program.
Resources: With the help of extensive research, it has been identified
that current research assists to accomplish aims and objectives of the
organisation in a systematic way. With the help of primary and
secondary information, findings could be developed that assists to
ascertain effective functioning at the workplace of Qbic hotel.
Quality: Quality is another important parameter that assists to assess
relevancy of data that are taken in the business unit. With the help of
primary information, fresh and effective material can be gather that
assists to meet with goals and targets in systematic way (Bimber,
2014). Therefore, it is the suitable elements through aim and objectives
can be accomplished.

P4 Qualitative and quantitative research
In respect to determines the analysis, the researcher has taken qualitative
and quantitative methods. In this aspect, they can easily identify different
types of data that are used to carry effective research in the business. This is
because, with the help of qualitative and quantitative research, relevant
information could be collected for Qbic hotel. To take qualitative information
researcher uses different articles, journals, on- line, books, etc. and it is
concerned about opinions, feeling and attitudes of different people.(What is
primary data and secondary data in Statistics and research methods? 2017).
On the other hand, in a quantitative research, which is numerical form, using
questionnaire,feedback, survey, graph, etc.
In this research, I had taken primary data in which questionnaire prepared to
