Background study
The digital technologies lay a very deep and significant role in execution of different sort

and development of an organisation (Baller, Dutta and Lanvin, 2016). This helps in a better rise
in compatibility and meeting of targeted goals and objectives that supports an effective rise in
business efficiency and thus facilitates a significant rise in effectiveness and efficiency of
organisation that will lead to rise in its customer satisfaction and ability of running different
business activities which will support a good increase in execution of business activities that help
in suitable increase in effectiveness of company to execute business activities and meeting of
targeted goals and activities. Besides this, digital tools and techniques have helped to connect
with its customers in much effective and significant manner, which will support a rise in business
functions which will lead to an improvement in customers’ needs and demands and come up
with innovative products and services that help in rise in business activities and actions that are
followed by firm. This will lead to increase in revenue generation and thus will help in effective
management of different activities within a firm (Barrett and et.al., 2015.).
The use of digital technology will help company to be aware about the latest market
trends and practices and adopt m in an effective and significant manner that will help in rise in
effectiveness and meeting of targeted operations and activities that are followed by a firm. It will

With project management plan, various factors are taken in consideration that will help in

development, and handling of targeted goals and operations which will support in rise in
effectiveness and meeting of customers’ needs and requirements and They are as such:
Time: Time management is very essential for handling of different activities and thus will help
in good rise in operations that will help in good rise in business activities and meeting of targeted
functions which help in good growth and development of enterprise. The present assessment of
project will take 58.5 days for completion which is approximately about two months. The timely
management of project will help firm to improve its effectiveness and customer satisfaction level
by providing products and services in stipulated and targeted time frame (Fitzgerald and et.al.,
2014).
Cost: Financial resources will be required for better execution of different business operations
that will support a rise in effectiveness and promote better execution of business activities and
thus will help in good increase in operational capability of enterprise. Or than this, extents of
money that company will lay on improvement of its business activities which will help in a good
rise in consumers contentment level. Or than this, it will bring sustainability for company in
market (Westerman, Bonnet, and McAfee, 2014).
Scope: following of this research process will help in improving scope of cited retail enterprise.

business activities or functions and meeting of targeted aims and objectives that will improve
quality of services that are been offered by cited retail enterprise. The improvement in quality
will help in meeting targeted goals and actions of organisation which will support in effective
increase in buyers contentment level and meeting of set up aims and objectives leading to rise in
profitability of firm (Sultan, 2015).
Communication: The major advantage of using digital technologies is that it helps in improving
communication process within organisation. This helps in improvement of understanding and
