This report examines the impact of digital transformation in the workplace, focusing on Tesco as a case study. It evaluates the concept of transformation, analyzes the impact of digitalization on employees, and identifies associated challenges. The research employs a qualitative approach with an interpretivism philosophy, using both primary and secondary data collection methods. Thematic data analysis is utilized, and ethical considerations are addressed through consent forms and declarations. The literature review explores themes such as the concept of transformation, the impact of digitalization on employees, and the challenges associated with digitalization. Recommendations are provided to overcome these challenges, and the report concludes with a reflection on the research process.
