fast working and accurate working. Most of the companies are changing their working styles and
adopting digitalization in their manufacturing line which help them to work faster. Home and
kitchen appliances are digitized totally and now it is working on remote and sensors which can
help to users to use these appliances effectively which can help to them to take an appropriate
satisfaction from it. Most of the kitchen appliances are transformed in digital equipments to be
more user friendly which can be help full for those organisation which are using these appliances
in to business. As Adam's Restaurant (Birmingham) is a restaurant so it is essential for them to
use digitalized kitchen appliances which can help to them to improve their productivity which
can help to them to finally improve their profitability.

manufacturing units to make food faster and better which can help to them to improve their
productivity.

It is an issue because most of the companies which are working in this sector to improve

the companies has to make changes in their items because other players of industry are offering

Adam's Restaurant is known for their quality products, they have a image that their goods are

need to set temperature for making of a cake but now they have do not have to set a time because
it have sensor who buzz an alarm when product is food is ready. In upcoming time, artificial

understand importance of digitalization, they know that in upcoming time enterprises who are
working in different sector will enter in than segment just by using technology.
As per Ahn, (2015), their are various factors that can help them in improving their
productivity. First is recruiting creative and innovative employees who can under the demand of
customers and than do innovation accordingly. They have to increase the amount which they are
giving to their research and development so they can do necessary up-gradations in various
products in regular interval of time. They have to focus on different methods which can reduce
the cost of production and marketing so instead of sale, their profit can rise. The way that can
help them in improving productivity in professionals has either direct or indirect relation with
digitalization. If they will have better knowledge about new technology than they can
communicate it to their customers.

Primary and secondary are two types of data (Cyr, 2016). Primary is taken for the first
time by various method like interviewing while secondary is taken form publish sources like
newspapers.
Sampling method
Cited company can not deal with large number of people so they can carry out primary
research on 50 people, some of them from their own enterprise so they can get effective
information.
Data analysis
Qualitative research is used for the interpretation of information (Gelman, Vehtari. and
Rubin, 2014). They can analysis data and represent it in the form of graphs, charts and
questionnaire.
Ethical consideration
All the information that has collected through either primary or secondary research should be
managed in a ethical manner. Unethical practice can not be carried out in whole process of
research.
