workforce works as an integral support to empower the operational efficacy of the venture. On
the other hand, recognition of the efforts that are being made by the employees for meeting the
common objectives of the organization is again an important strategy that is prioritized by the
business leaders (Al-Madi et al. 2017).
Fiaz, Su and Saqib (2017) observed in a research study that more than 49% of the
workforce expects appreciation for the operations that are being undertaken by the same for

Methodology
Research philosophy
The study will be initiated through the application of positivism philosophy as it would
support in examining the natural phenomena of employee satisfaction and its relation with the
motivational aspects. The observation on the human expectations leading to satisfaction would
support in justifying the nature of employees’ motivational needs. Therefore, the application of
the positivism philosophy would enable in identifying the role played by employee motivation in
keeping the same motivated while operating as per the needs of satisfaction.
Research approach
The research will be commenced through the application of deductive approach where
the information will be collected from different relevant sources. Therefore, the application of
deductive approach would ensure appropriate cognition on the aspects of employee motivation
while identifying its relation with the satisfaction based human psychological factors.
Research design
The study will be conducted through explanatory research design which would assist in
examining the causal relationship between employee motivation and satisfaction of the
employees while operating in different business environments. The assessment of the correlation

purpose of developing cognition on the different changes. The utilization of mixed data
collection methods would thereby support in developing an idea on the impact of employee
motivation on employees' job satisfaction.
