Hospitality industry has been an important industry in the market related to care services.
The industry is depended on the human resource management including healthcare professionals
and other staffs. Therefore, employee satisfaction has been an important scenario in this industry.
Therefore, the employee retention ratio has been huge in this industry (Deery & Jago, 2015).
The service based industry has been facing problems in the employee retention policy of
different organizations. The working hours of the employees might get increased that create
problems in the organizations (Robinson et al. 2014). Therefore, most of the employees are not
ready to work more than working hours.
Secondary data
Data will be collected from several online journals and books that are related to employee
retention in hospitality industry (Yam, L., & Raybould 2011). However, readily accessible data
has been collected from,
