INTRODUCTION
In a business organization number of people works collectively who have different needs
and desire to get motivation and perform well. It has seen that if employees are not satisfied then
could be challenging for business industry to regulate their business because employees make
decision to leave the organization. The people who works in the industry needs to analysis their
needs and fill by getting right inspiration or motivation. This is important for each organization
to have effective leader and management in the association as they recognise the areas and give
their participation to accomplish business goals (Lyons, and Bandura, 2019). Employee Turnover
is the major issue that is running in whole business environment and affected the business
performance negatively. The current report is based on Tesco that is larger size supermarket in
UK offering different types of goods to people at the workplace. The report covers aim, question,
literature review and methodology.

organization in which employees feels dissatisfaction and make decision to leave the industry. If

organization is not able to fill the employee’s demand and wants then they feels sad and leave
the workplace. For business firms it is needed to analysis how their employees would be satisfied
and retain for long period of time.

As per view point of (Yuan, 2019), In business environment, employee turnover is
increasing day by day where it became challenging for organization to operate their business and
run it effectively. In relation to Tesco, employee turnover is increasing due to lack of motivation
and dissection that affected business performance negatively such as lack of productivity,
reducing sales, conflicts between employees, recruitment of employees and lower profits that
created the challenges for the purpose of running business.
To determine the strategies can be used by Tesco to improve the business performance.
As per opinion of (Niu, Wu, and Ma, 2022), To improve the business performance there are
number of strategies and practices which are used by management for the purpose of satisfying
employees and get work done effectively. The different strategies are Training and development,
Motivation, feedback receiving, use of new technology and innovation, and solving employee’s
issue could be effective practices that can be used by Tesco organization for the purpose of
influencing and attracting the employees. The management of selected organization is highly
skilled who provides proper training to employees and also provide them monetary benefits that
can help to motivate and attract the number of employees and get work done. This has provided
various benefits while running the business and managing productivity.
Research Methodology
Research Philosophy The philosophy is the combination of principle set which are
formulated by an individual for the purpose of conducting study and analysing the data properly.
This involves positivism and Interpretivism. In relation to current research, positivism
philosophy will be use by researcher that will help to receive relevant and valid information
(Oliveira, Moro, and Torres, 2019).
Research Approach – This considered as project planning and procedure which needs to
be follow while running business. This contains inductive and deductive approach. The
researcher will make use of deductive approach as it bases on single topic that could help to
identify the issues and provide right solution.

Research Strategy – This could be determined as main planning which are followed to
run the research timely. This consider experiment, interview, observation, and questionnaire
methods. From the research it has been justified that researcher will use observation strategy to
conduct the research and analysis (Skelton, Nattress, and Dwyer, 2019).
Choice of method – This can be explained as main method which can be used to select the
right way to accumulate the evidence. The main methods are mono, mixed, and multi method. In
relation to current examination, multi method is used by scholar that can benefit to accumulate
the relevant and valid information regarding particular topic.
Time Horizon – This is time schedule that mainly uses for developing the business
performance by managing all functions. This encompasses cross sectional and longitudinal. In
content to current examination, cross sectional prospect will be use by researcher to complete
their study (Al-Suraihi, Samikon, Al-Suraihi, and Ibrahim, 2021).
Data collection and analysis It can be enlightened as method which used to investigate
the data and information which are composed by researcher. The techniques of data collection
are quantitative and qualitative which are used for different purpose and supports to develop the
organizational productivity. In relation to recent research, quantitative technique will be used by
researcher as it will help to collect statistical data regarding employee turnover which affected
the business negatively.
CONCLUSION
This report has terminated that employee turnover is increasing day by day where employer
needs to introduce the different kind of services and motivational strategies for the purpose of
motivating and satisfying their employees. This could benefit to accomplish the corporate aims
by supervising all functions and given that the monetary benefits are supported to develop
business productivity.
