This report examines the impact of employee turnover on productivity within the automobile industry, employing a mixed-methods research approach including both qualitative and quantitative analyses. The study surveyed 50 employees, collecting demographic data and assessing factors influencing turnover, such as work-life balance, work pay, skill utilization, and work environment. Quantitative analysis involved correlation and regression techniques to identify significant relationships between these factors and employee turnover. Qualitative analysis explored employee perspectives on interpersonal relationships, relocation, and retention strategies. The findings reveal strong correlations between work-life balance, work pay, and skill usage with employee turnover. Regression analysis further highlighted the significant negative impact of work pay and work environment on employee retention. The report concludes with recommendations for organizations to improve employee retention and enhance productivity by addressing these key factors.
