contractual relationship with each other and maintain performance as well. Products must be
deliver of best quality or according to the demand of consumer (Goode, Kronke and
McKendrick, 2015). European Union Sale of Goods legislation define various types of rules,
regulation and policies which are imposed on parties and bound them to follow the same. Also
define some rules in order to resolve problems through several possible ways.
