CONCLUSION
It has been concluded that conducting research and using several research methods
researcher present the finding, that define the positive impact of gender equality at work
place and create inclusive work culture.
Furthermore, it has been concluded that Sanisbury's adopted different approaches in order
to improve gender equality that leads to motivate staff and cater job satisfaction.
