Equality is defined as the act that all the employees within the company are provided
with equal opportunities to grow and to develop within the company irrespective of
gender, age, income and all other discriminatory factors.
Equality and diversity within the workplace are the current issue which the company need
to maintain in order to get success.
This is majorly because of the reason that if the company is not maintaining equality and
diversity at the workplace then the employees will not be motivated and satisfied in
working there

It has been concluded that conducting research and using several research methods
researcher present the finding, that define the positive impact of gender equality at work
place and create inclusive work culture.
Furthermore, it has been concluded that Sanisbury's adopted different approaches in order
