chosen fast fashion retailer.
Primark was founded in 13 June 1969 by the Arthur Ryan. This company is
headquartered in Dublin, Ireland and also served different area such as United Kingdom, United
Stares etc. Primark mainly specialise in selling and marketing of clothing, cosmetics and
housewares. Company decide to expand their business in many other countries by developing
new products and services. As it will help an enterprise by improving its growth and success at
international marketplace.
Research aim: Main aim of this research is “To analyse the impact of globalisation on
business success of multinational organisation”. A study on Primark.

Globalisation is the effective process through which the global is becoming increasingly
interconnected as an outcome of massively maximised trade as well as cultural exchange also.
Main intent of this study is to determine impact of globalisation on an organisation and its
success also. In order to analysis information regarding the globalisation different activities have
been completed by the researcher. Firstly, literature review have been done for identifying point
of view of different authors or writers about the globalisation. Secondly, qualitative and
quantitative, inductive and deductive approach, positivism and interpretivisim philosophy,
primary and secondary method of data collection etc. All these are useful methods which have
been applied for this project and help a researcher to accumulate proper information related with
globalisation. Findings and discussion have been done with the help of questionnaire and
thematic analysis. All these are effective tools which will help in completion of each activities of
research within given time duration. Lastly, conclusion and recommendation have been done by
accomplishing aims and objectives of research systematically and given time duration.
Methodology
Methodology is essential part of project which will directly helps researcher to
accumulate certain and legal information regarding the globalisation (Postelnicu and Dabija,
2015). In this section different methods have been applied which are explained as under:
Research approach: For analysing accurate data about the study, there are fundamentally

approaches are essential but according to the topic, inductive approach will be used by
researcher. As this approach help in analysation of dependable and logical information about the

of view of different authors or writers about the globalisation. Secondly, qualitative and
quantitative, inductive and deductive approach, positivism and interpretivisim philosophy,
primary and secondary method of data collection etc. All these are useful methods which have
been applied for this project and help a researcher to accumulate proper information related with
globalisation. Findings and discussion have been done with the help of questionnaire and
thematic analysis. All these are effective tools which will help in completion of each activities of
research within given time duration. Lastly, conclusion and recommendation have been done by
accomplishing aims and objectives of research systematically and given time duration.
Methodology
Methodology is essential part of project which will directly helps researcher to
accumulate certain and legal information regarding the globalisation (Postelnicu and Dabija,
2015). In this section different methods have been applied which are explained as under:
Research approach: For analysing accurate data about the study, there are fundamentally
2 research approaches which is inductive and deductive (Shenkar, Luo and Chi, 2014). Both
approaches are essential but according to the topic, inductive approach will be used by
researcher. As this approach help in analysation of dependable and logical information about the
role of globalisation in driving business success at global level.
Research philosophy: It is another important part of research which is divided into two
section such as interpretivisim and positivism (Steger, 2017). According to the study,
interpretivisim philosophy will be applied. As this philosophy will support in a completion of
research within given time period.
Research design: There are certain types of research design which is descriptive,
experimental and exploratory (Ledford and Gast, 2018). All these are effective but according to
