INTRODUCTION
• Globalisation can be termed out as process of integration and interaction among companies, people and government at
worldwide level. It aids in free movement of goods, services and people across the world in seamless and concrete mode
(Taylor, Bogdan and DeVault, 2015).
• Therefore, the globalized countries has reduction towards legal outlays, taxes etc. It is helpful in terms to enhanced international
productivity and provide services to customers at lower prices. Thus, positive impact of globalisation is inclusive of trade,
technology, competition, investments, employment, capital flows and organisation structure.
• The present report will look over the business activities of Aldi, it is the largest retail industry in UK and deals in product and
services as food, beverages, sanitary products and household essentials.
• Furthermore, the present assignment will cover the following aspects as to determine the research methodologies for conducting
the research. On the basis of methodologies, data analysis and its findings will be conducted. Thus, literature review will be
carried out with help of undertaking of primary and secondary data. Lastly, on the basis of aims and objectives recommendation
will be given.

DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION

THEME 1: GLOBALISATION INCREASES PROFITABILITY AND
PRODUCTIVITY.
Interpretation- Based on the above report it
can be concluded that Globalization aids to
enhance the interaction and integration
among different nations. It is process that can
be driven by international trade in order to
process business activities effectively. Thus,
there are total 50 respondents. In this, 35 said
yes, 8 said no and 7 are not sure of it. Hence,
majority of participants stated that
globalization helps to raise productivity and
profitably.

THEME 2: THE AIDS TO EXPAND BUSINESS OVER INTERNATIONAL
BOUNDARIES.
Interpretation- From the above tabular
presentation it can be concluded that
Globalization is process that termed out as
intensification of economical, political, cultural
and social relationship across the international
boundaries. Thus, there are total 50 respondents.
Out of which, 42 stated yes, 6 said no and 2 are
not sure of it. Hence, the maximum number of
participants stated positive response that its aids
to have expansion in business activities

THEME 3: GLOBALISATION LEADS TO HAVE FASTER TECHNOLOGICAL
ADVANCEMENT.
Interpretation- From the above data it can be analyzed
that globalization is one of beneficial aspect that aids to
give number of benefits in developed countries. It is
term that is inclusive of number of positive factors as
technology, competition, investment, capital flows and
organization culture etc. There are total number of 50
respondents. In this, 28 stated yes, 15 said no and 7 are
not sure about the same. Therefore, it can be stated that
globalization will be helpful in terms to adopt the faster
technological advancement so that firm can have
advanced growth.

CONCLUSION
• Hereby, it can be concluded that globalisation is process that can be termed out as process in
which there can have integration of economies across the world with help of procuring
goods, services and capital throughout the world. The present report is based on the
business activities of Aldi, it is retail firm and engaged in grocery services.
• Therefore, report has covered the following aspect as to drawn aims and objectives
so that data can be analysed in effective manner, the findings and interpretation has been
given in terms to collect the systematic information. Lastly, recommendation has been given
in terms to adopt the globalisation so that business function can be expanded and desire
success can be attainable.

RECOMMENDATION
• On the basis of above the recommendation in terms to globalisation with regard to expansion and how business drive success
has been given in following context as are-
• Aldi should adopt the approach of globalisation as it aids to have foreign direct investment that aids to enhance much greater
rate as compare to growth in world trade. Therefore, it is helpful in terms to help in technological advancement, industrial
restructuring and to have growth in global companies.
• The quoted firm should technological innovation as it aids to have enhancement in technological innovation. This is effective
process in order to enlarge the working of enterprise with help to provide better and effective product and services.
• Globalisation is effective process and it should be adopted by Aldi as its all about efficiencies and opportunities that's needs to
communicate effectively and efficiently with suppliers, partners and customers to manage each working effectively.
• The chosen enterprise should adopt it, as it helps to have enhancement in economic integration in specialization and economies
of scale that can helps to have greater trade in financial services with the help of both capital flows and cross border entry
activity.
