Human resource department is been considered as the management function which helps
the managers in recruiting, selecting, developing and training the members for an enterprise. It
plays an essential role and counted as an asset which in turn used for benefiting the employees,
society and an entity. In view point of the Kaufman, (2016) it has been stated that after the
globalization, business entities has realized the requirement of skilled, experienced, motivated
and trained staff for attaining growing success in the overall market. However, author
highlighted that globalization poses several challenges to the working of an organization and
such challenges induces the human resource manager in opting a strategic approach in the
management that involves appointing right talent at right place so that goals could be achieved
effectively and efficiently.
Farndale and Brewster, (2019) also viewed that, in today's changing world, globalization
creates an urge for human resource managers in taking suitable decisions on local conditions
with respect to a global vision. On the other hand, globalization creates various challenges for
HR department such as before selecting any candidate they must have to focus on their skill
utilization efforts as it is considered as the precious tool for the growth and survival of the
company. It is required for collectively mapping the needs of human resource and in putting
forth the efforts in order to streamline management system. Thus, Globalization played an
important role in changing the business environment and in inducing the firm to perform its
functions optimally. Globalization demands from HRM for working in multiple skills, platforms
and technologies.

Research type- There are mainly 2 types of the research approach which involves
qualitative and quantitative method. With respect to this study, scholar will be using qualitative
method for making a study more useful and in assessing the effects of globalization on the HR
practices in a better way as it is associated with studying qualitative characteristics.
