Emergence of markets are main key component for multinational companies wanting to expand
the business across the world but it may require localizing enterprise to overcome the challenges
in organization.
Globalization is a type of main conceptual framework that help for international market
to increase the productivity and profitability. This trend is unifying and socializing the entire
global community that allows for country to increase the market opportunities. Globalization is
impact on the business operations to maintain the progressive reduce the barriers in the foreign
investment and trade, which leads for opening the new market by international firm such as
Marks and Spencer.

To analyse the impact of globalisation for increasing profits and sales of retail sector: A

and objective of business in way of achieving success. The global changes are necessary for
organization that helps in identifying the need and requirement of business. The demand of
cheaper resources, dynamics of postmodern era and competitive pressure that help for business
leader to focus towards the alternative success of business. The main purpose of globalization is
making competitive advantage in global marketplace. Globalization is an important for
organization that helps for increasing the business process all over the world (Crothers, 2017).
This particular research paper is mainly focused towards the globalization and how they impact
on the business process so it is very important to conduct research on this particular topic which
will lay stress on increasing need and demand of customer. All the demands and needs of
customers would not be able to fulfil by country so it is very much important to include other

According to O'brien (2019) Globalization is a type of conceptual framework that
changes the enterprise practices across the world. It is focused towards the business process for
increasing the political, financial, environmental, and cultural among the country. Globalization
is a type of interconnection of national economies across the world. It is focused towards the
business issues such as labour, investment, good and services, trade etc. Globalization is the
global integration of business of financial markets. In order to sustain the level of economies, the
government has adopted new policy to attract the foreign capital. It is the internal logic of
process that expressed the overall legislation with the internal environment.
As per author, the concept of globalization provides an appropriate analytical frame work
for accomplishing the business task. Globalization is a key drive in between the companies and
also globalizes the financial market. It should be analyzing the complex system to determine the
knowledge and conceptual logic. Globalization frame work is used as tool to examine the
business and their financial conditions, thereby enhancing the understanding towards the specific
legislation by predictive criteria.
Opportunities that Globalization creates for M&S

I have to learn many things from research project which provide me a brief idea about the
globalization and how they can impact on the business in terms of success. I also used the
different type of technique and research method for gathering all relevant information related the
globalization. I can use qualitative approach and implement in the research project to determine
the observation and analysing the information through the respondents. Initially, I can develop a
project plans to find out the implications at the time of research planning. I found that research
project analysis process is going to be find the credible details. I also used the questionnaire data
method for collecting the details for further advancements. During the research planning, I can
found that there is some limitation on the research project which required for finding the solution
to manage the findings. According to my opinion, it has been required to implementing the
alternative method and approach in the research project.
I believed that the Globalisation impact on the business operations and functions. I have
learnt many things to understand the concept behind the globalisation which impact on the
business to increase the productivity and profitability in global marketplace.
I found that innovation is developing due to globalisation, there are many companies used
the different type of ideas for increasing the performance and efficiency of business. I feel that
research on globalisation will help to understand the threats and opportunities which it creates an
effective relationship between the performance and efficiency in the business.
