completed easily. It has given impact on business, society, and culture and it is one of the most
popular sources which are taken into consideration by the individuals. ICT is related to
technologies that offer access to information through telecommunications. It consists of internet,
cell phones and another medium of communication (Samarajiva, 2018). So, in this paper, the
discussion will be made on the impact of ICT on business, society, and culture and also the role
of computer professional in ensuring the ethical use.
It has been seen that ICT has given impact on the business in many ways. One of the
ways is related to communication. It can be evaluated that through information communication
technology it can be easy for the business to communicate with its employees in the workplace
(Gërguri‐Rashiti et al., 2017). The process of communication has been improved with the help of
information communication technology. The messages or information can be transferred easily
through ICT from top management to the subordinates. Through emails and video conferencing
