made easier mostly in terms of analyzing the data and understanding the needs and also changes
that should be made in business accordingly. Technology has brought much more in today's
businesses and such impacts are directly felt. Negatively, the data compromisations might lead to
huge losses and destruction of the goals and ambitions of the business. Security should be ensured
hence the prosperity of the business is also assured. (Richards, Yeoh, Chong & Popovič, 2019).
Introduction
Data visualization is a very important aspect of the entire business intelligence dynamic. It is simply
a pictorial representation of a given set of data representing a specific business plan. These are
applications used to analyze and predict the data. In our case, we will have a look at a few such
software commonly used to analyze the data. Managers of the business use this software to make
decisions on operation management of the business and also, more importantly, help keep the
company records. By use of all this, the managers can make decisions on the business considering
factors which have a positive impact on the business only and also changes will be made
appropriately. We have special software which analyzes these processes and gives out the analysis
with representations of charts, graphs, maps, etc. New aspects and hidden patterns will be detected
with the help of this visualizations. In business, there are some data that cannot be just analyzed
using simple techniques yet they are very important in business transformations. Sisense is a tool
used in data analysis for the visualization of business information. The analysis made will let the

Technology has really led to tremendous changes in the business industry. Inventors in IT has really
turned their inventions to affect businesses because this will make them earn some money and by
doing so they get resources for new inventions. The business industry has now been affected the

Due to improvements and changes in technology, there has been constant automation of the
business, especially in digital marketing. Business nowadays has adopted B2B marketing which has

Management has changed with technology. The way managers or CEO's manages there companies
or business has really been impacted by the technology. Managers and CEO's must understand the
data analysis and also they should have an understanding of digital marketing to facilitate the
promotion of their products. Nowadays it is about managers and CEO with technology skills

3) Digital currency
Technology has really changed how the payments are made nowadays. More business and
companies use e-commerce and there they have shifted into the electronic payments. By using e-
commerce, they can sell their products to customers in any geographical locations. Electronic
payments are trusted mode of payments and they have really affected people who can't access
technology but on the other hand, it has brought security in businesses (Isazad Mashinchi, Ojo, &

3) Cybersecurity is also another major factor. Hackers always try to account business accounts
especially digital electronic payments services. Hackers always target where the money is and
because digital payment is encouraged by many businesses then there are also security issues. This
can, therefore, be overcome by employing cybersecurity experts to handle these issues (Anderson,

4) Globalization is also another factor. Technology has made digital globalization to be more
suitable for business environments. An e-commerce website can be used by anyone around the
world. This also has made the business to produce high-quality products because they are consumed

Internet of Things (IoT) has brought changes in the healthcare industry. In Surgery, the use of IoT
has been beneficial to both the patients and also the hospital's operations in general. Patient in the
theater needs a lot of care and attention. It has lower the cost, only two or three doctors can monitor
the patient conditions in the room and also it connects several medical devices and the doctors can
serve the patient by use of instructions. There is also a high level of accuracy when treating a
patient because IoT has improved the diagnosis of the patient. During the surgery, robots are used
because they are very accurate in the operations of the patient. Doctors will only control the process
carefully but the accuracy is assured. sometimes humans can make errors during operations hence
leading to deaths of the patients but by using IoT technology through robots then this level of
accuracy is increased and assured. Patients who have been operated needs a lot of attention hence
IoT will help administer medicine to the patient and specific intervals of time that was instructed to
do by the doctor. Treatment of the patient also will be very easy because medicine is administered at
the right time without failures because of forgetting. IoT technology has brought a positive impact
in the healthcare industry despite the factor that there are some shortcomings (Richards, Yeoh,
Chong & Popovič, 2019).

them at a specific time to specific departments, locations, and role. It gives updates at the
appropriate time always (Hill, Al-Aqrabi, Lane, & Aagela, 2019, January).

In all the circumstances, security is a must factor in all our daily life's. The chatbot will help secure
the business data from external attacks. They secured data by using features such as authentication,
authorizations, encryption, and access controls. Data security should be ensured before anything
else for the growth and development of the business (Anderson, C. 2019).

c) Integration and Collaborations
The chatbot can integrate the BI bots tools with other applications such as ERP, CRM, etc for extra
features and support. This integration will help bring new factors and also great the sense of
improvement on the BI bots. Collaborations will then help BI bot to share data with other users by
