communication, the employees of an administration become efficient and the working process in
an organisation is improved by a huge margin. The leaders in an organisation make sure that
there is a presence of communication flow among the employees as well as throughout the
different hierarchies of the organisational structure. With help of an effective leadership skill the
working structure of an organisation is improved and the working style of the employees of the
organisation is enhanced. In the present context of global business it is very significant for the
organisation to safeguard that an effective leadership resides in the organisation. According to
Ayub, Abd Manaf and Hamzah (2014), if the leadership style is understood properly then it will
be ensuring that a better communication is developed in the organisation and the employee will
be enjoying the working government. It have been observed that most of the organisations
around the world lack a better leadership. The leaders are unable to understand an effective
leadership style and hence they are unable to bring an effective change in organisation. In the
business world there is an increasing competition in the market and companies around the world
are feeling the pressure of implementation of effective leadership.
A healthy working environment can be described as the place in which there is a presence
of a positive workplace culture and employees feel better to come to the workplace. In a healthy
working environment the employees are encouraged to work towards the betterment of the

Limitation of the study
As it has been stated by the Derntl (2014), there are certain limitations which are faced by
researchers during the conduction of a research paper. No matter how much planning is done for
the implementation of a research paper there will be certain challenges which will be faced
throughout the making of a research paper. One of the most important factor is timeframe which
is faced throughout the conduction of a research paper. Another problem which is confronted
during the transmission of a research paper is finding the right articles for gathering data for the
research.
