This leads to a well-organized process with a strong customer focus. Lean`s management of
basic principles may also be applied to the precise circumstances of a hospital or a clinic to aid in
the needs of patients.

the medical staff identify and understand the needs of their patients and customers. Customers in
this case are health insurance companies and government. Also medical discipline and
