their roles and responsibilities. During visit, I identified that staff working in a team and there is a positive working culture because all
the staff members support each other any anytime. Also, some of them were share their experience regarding policy of a company in
which being a scholar I identified that they satisfied with the motivation strategy of Ritz. This in turn reflect that there is a positive
environment where an employee can easily share the values and learn new things. One of them stated that there was a training session
