1) Problem statement
In international times, keeping liaison with workforces is a challenging activity for the firm. In
addition, the company faces some concerns with respect to the allocation of accountability,
commitment, attaining needs, offering safety, and persuasion to workforces. It is addressed that
Woolworths is dealing with the concern that workforces are not motivated towards their work
within an organisation and it directly influences the performance related to the company. This
research proposal will emphasize the impact of motivation on organizational performance with
reference to Woolworths limited (Salehzadeh, Khazaei Pool, Tabaeeian, Amani, & Mortazavi,
2017).
In the existing scenario, it can be mandatory for developing a relationship to increase their
understanding of employee motivation and organizational performance. In addition, employee
motivation enables the company to create enthusiasm among staffs in the predetermined period.
It can prompt to acquiring a favourable outcome. Moreover, research is conducted to attain
organizational aim and objectives. In this way, employee motivation is an essential element of a
company as it affects the result of research (Jyoti, Kour, & Sharma, 2017).
Along with this, it is evaluated that employee motivation is a key dimension regarding initiative,
responsibility, and vitality in which, representatives of association conveys for their
performance. Furthermore, the economy is developing and contracting, implementing the
strategies of motivating the employees is administration concern. It is addressed that contending
moved with respect to pressuring both representative relations as well as, motivators (Türk,
2016).
Employee motivation is significant to acquire a positive outcome at less cost and time. It is also a
key factor that can be implemented for directly encouraging the workforces for the attainment of
