INTRODUCTION
Intercultural communication are defined as the skills which should be inbuilt in a person
so they can communicate and share all the vital and valuable information with other group
members who are having different cultures and social backgrounds. The most important element
of intercultural communications is understanding facts which are related with various cultures
thus their customs, moral duties and values are also different (Ruck and Welch, 2012).
Organisational communications are defines as the process which are related with activities of
society so they can easily achieve all their assigned goals and targets. It is also called as subfield
of communications which are general and it is an effective component of working environment.
The undermentioned report is based on reflective journal about Intercultural and Organisational
communications which are based on experiences and events and the information gained from
these are useful for people of society or not.
TASK
Intercultural Communication
It reflected as a process which is used in order to making strong communications among
members of group who belong to different culture and how this cultural factors are greatly
affecting communication process. It main aim is to describe problem factor which are faced by
different culture people in relation with their religious, social and education level. Intercultural
communication plans are also used with various cross culture plans. It states how people who
belongs to different groups and nations are able to communicate with others while they are
moving from one place and how the overall world reflects to them. Many individuals who are
involved in intercultural communication are giving their views that culture is base in order to
know what the person want to speak to them, how I can talk to people while I have to visit to
different locations and analyse what medium are used by which people are communicating with
one another.
I made my understanding strong about this topic by analysing those situations where
people of different cultures are making interactions while communicating with each other. On
the other hand, apart from language difference, intercultural plans are also focusing on patterns
and social attributes as well as cultures which are followed by people all around the globe. I have
analysed that intercultural communications are also reflecting their presence in social science

my studies, I have noticed that there are various persons who are giving effective services in
making people understand different cultures in order to make communication process simpler
and easier for them. Research and development activities are helpful in understanding various
concepts which are related with intercultural communication aspects.
Events and experiences
I have organised activities for all the people of society as there are people residing who
belong to different cultures. After that, they were asked to make the other person who belong to
different group understand the language spoken by them. If people have to relocate themselves
in relation to their job or other factors then they can easily cooperate with each other and
understand what the other persons want to say to them. I have analysed that this task was very
useful in order to increase knowledge level of employees and making them understand different
types of languages that people are speaking all around the globe. Experiences for me is related
with happy felling which is inculcated in me when I communicated with people of different
cultures the language the spoke, the cultures they followed, their beliefs and rituals (LaFrance,
2011).

My experience about learning various languages that are spoken by people all around the
globe was highly helpful in increasing my present knowledge level. According to my views,
there were discovery of new insights which helped me to gain knowledge about different cultures
so that I can easily settle myself when I am moving among different group of people. There were

can learn the basic concept how different culture, norms and values can be understand by people
in effective ways. Hypothesis is based on assumptions that gaining knowledge about different

informal ways of communications are described as grapevine. I have adopted this method in
order to communicate with my employees at workplace so they can easily understand the ways
by which they have to complete their targets and achieve set goals for organizations.
Communication networks are also elements which are related with the flow of
information at workplace. The patterns which are used for communication process are helpful in
making interaction for employees easier so that they can easily communicate with each other and
achieve their designed targets. The network chains which are related with communication are
beneficial for employees as they will complete their task by establishing coordination among
group of people so that they will not face any type of difficulty in completing the tasks which are
assigned to them. Organizational communication plans are the best and effective methods

I was playing the role of manager and I have organised various meetings in order to adopt
