Education is considered as the important component as this helps in ensuring that every
individual has been offered with the opportunity of managing the performance. The key role of
technology in the education field is that it helps in enhancing the relation between the teachers
and students. With the help of technology it will become easy to advise the student. Moreover
with the help of teaching the learning procedure has also become very attractive. The key
benefits that are offered with the use of technology will improve the engagement and will also
ensure that the proper collaboration has been introduced. However it has been observed that

there are certain drawbacks that influence the study. This turns ought to be distracting for
students. Moreover it has been observed that student gets detached from class learning.
With the growing technologies it was observed that for making the students smarter and
knowledgeable in different fields it becomes essential to implement proper measures that will
enhance the performance. Thus in order to improve the learning procedure St. Thomas school
decided to introduce access to internet for class 8-12 students. This facility was provided for the
purpose of ensuring that they are capable of gaining outer knowledge. However it was observed
that, the internet was accessed for gaming and other purposes rather. This has hampered the
grades. Thus in order to prevent the students from misusing of resources, the school committee
decided to monitor every activity for having better knowledge about their performance.
