UK. The main objective to conduct the study is to the impact of online marketing in connecting
customers towards the brand.

the research gap. In the previous studies, there is a discussion about concept of online marketing
along with its importance. In addition to this, it also includes data about the online marketing
strategies used by companies but it lacks data about the impact of online marketing in connecting
customers towards the brand (Shen and et.al.,2020).
In other words, it is a piece of academic knowledge and information of the literature on
