INTRODUCTION
Health care homes refer to the place of accommodation and personal care for the people
who are needed for extra support in their daily life. Here personal care reference to getting help
with washing, dressing, eating and utility areas for taking medications. Care home generally
refers to residential homes where there is a need for providing care to the oldest person for
disabled person. During the initial stage of pandemic, it was hard to maintain the care homes
within UK because there was no any enough information related with the testing of the cover
coronavirus. This create a highly difficult to take care of the citizens due to having many people
in the care homes. This created highly difficulty for the government to provide safety and
security from the citizens. During this pandemic, it created highly effectively and many people
suffer very much regarding safety and related concern. People were not allowed to move or go
for community places which created some boundaries to the people to living their normal life.
They were not able to get regular time food and regarding getting nutritional food and pressure.
This created some limitation on the movement of people for providing safety form the virus to
health care home disabled person for getting improvement in their health (Garcia, (2021)). There
was change in the spending normal life and due to pandemic and lockdown, this created
limitation for visitor to make a visit to the health care home for taking care and information
about their relatives and their loved ones. It was highly difficult for Healthcare professional for
providing safety from spread of coronavirus to the person who are in the health care home. Due
to continue visiting, it was high risk of spread of virus within them and due to which it was
advised to meet or make least visit to the person who were in the health care home. It was
requested to provide more safety by less visiting their loved ones. This can lead to create better
protection and safety over the coronavirus.
Literature Review
According to Murthy (2020), it can be observed that during the initial stage of endemic,
Health Care home got highly affected and creted high risk for them to get infected due to regular
visit of their family members or their visitors. Due to higher spread of coronavirus within the
country, this created difficulty to trace the person who get infected with the virus. In their initial
days of pandemic it was not easy to control the effect of the coronavirus. There was only
information that virus show its impact on or over 10 days which created the chances of a spread

of coronavirus to the people who lives in the Health Care home. Due to having the disability
problem, they are not able to go to another place because either due to not having the family for
not having any person who can care for them. Disabled person need of care due to which they
are not able to shift some another place to get safety from the coronavirus. Due to highly spread
of the virus, it created many impact on the health improvement due to not getting proper
healthcare at the right time due to providing healthcare services to the infected person (Huda,
(2021)). There was large number of cases of the virus which created demand of large number of
healthcare professionals at the healthcare premises to deliver healthcare services for safety of
patients. They were not able to move in their park for community place due to lockdown and fear
of virus. Pandemic has created lockdown scenario in the all over the world which created too
much fear in people's mind for providing safety. There was highly need to provide healthcare
facility at healthcare home which was highly affected due to patient. People were coming to the
hospital with the infection of virus and health Care providing them their service everyone. Due to
getting in touch with other heslthcare professionals, there service provider for healthcare homes
were also getting infected and created situation of exposed to a the virus to every people who
were in the health care home with disability.
According to Kulkarni (2020), due to the community spread of coronavirus created
highly difficult for health care professional to provide care to the patient at the health care home
with proper medication and regarding improvement. Due to lack of information about the
coronavirus spread, created difficulty and fear within person with disability to meeting with
another people. This create a high risk to get exposed self to the virus during the pandemic. Their
was lockdown in all over the country which created fear within every people related with getting
infected with virus which was created the high risk of life and health. There was no any cure at
that time and due to lack of proper information related with virus created situation of confusion
about the use of medicine which can help or support better health of the patient who get infected
with virus. Due to lockdown, there was no any transportation system was working for the
community level. There was only essential product where delivered or were allowed to purchase.
It was highly difficult to provide proper care to the health care home disability person due to not
having proper transportation system and not allowed to provide physical fitness by walking in
the community place (DeLeo, (2021)). Due to staying in the home created difficulty to provide
physical attention and physical improvement.This created difficulty and suffering in the

pandemic period to the people with disability in their Health Care homes. It has been analyzed
that during delivering Healthcare services to the people with disability with health care home.
Due to random change the procedure of delivery of services and huge impact of a spread of
coronavirus created a situation of getting insufficient number of a professional for delivering
services to health care home and to disabled person. There was need for large number of a
professional for delivering healthcare services because of increasing number of cases of covid
patient. That increased number of covid patient within very less time and there was need for
Health Care professional for delivery of services for providing better care and saving the life
from the virus. Due to negative impact of coronavirus created large number of death. These large
number of death created fear within everyone about the virus. There was a change in the working
of Health Care homes and processor for delivery services (Brotman, (2021)).
According to Roelen (2020), due to the pandemic, there was huge impact over the clear
process of the care homes which was regarding to creating risk of infection with person with
disability in the health care home. This was highly situation of risk to meet different people
regularly. This was creating risk to spread of virus to the person who were in the Healthcare
home with their disability. During the situation it makes highly difficult to meeting with any
person. It was also difficult to get directly contact with other person from outside. Due to lack of
information about the person regarding their visit, it creates high risk for the health and life of
people through they are coming from (Baral, (2021)). This created highly difficult for the health
care professional to identify whether such visitors are infected or not. After the testing process
identification it helped healthcare processionals to allow such type of people to visit their
families or relatives for getting their health related information. In initial stage of pandemic,
there was highly difficult for healthcare home people to meet with their relative or loved ones
because it was not allowed by the Healthcare professional for providing safety to their patient
with disability in the Healthcare home. during this time, there was very less people allowed to
visit their places. During this time, there was just only one person who were allowed to face to
face visit but after some time, there was extended to up to two person who can meet with people
in their care homes (Murthy, (2020)). During meeting with the people, there was a need to visitor
to be tested and were PPE kit which allowed them to make a visit at the Healthcare homes as a
visitor. There was also allowed about to meet with babies and children to meet with their grand
mother and grandfather for the first time. People who are living in the healthcare home were

allowed on nominated visitor during early March. After some month, there was drop in the
community infection. There was increase in the visitor numbers to meet with the people who are
in the health care homes with disability (Bailey, (2020)). Due to pandemic there was risky
situation in all over the country and world. There was enough fear within every people who are
meeting with different people. Visitors were getting in touch with different people before they
reach to meet their family who were in the healthcare homes. There was a chance of spread of
virus within them which can be created high risk of health to the person and their family
members. There were changed in the guidelines which was set out by government for advising
people to support safe visiting.
Research methodology
There are different type of research methodologies that can be used for collecting
different information. This can be used of qualitative research methodology for quantitative
research methodology. Qualitative research involves gathering and analyzing numerical data
which can provide knowledge and understanding about the experience and opinion of different
people. This is the one which is used for gathering research related information and different new
ideas for the problem which includes in research. Qualitative research is generally used to that
understand about the people experience within world. This can to be focusing and flexible for
integrating data. There are different common approach that can be taken in action for narrative
research (Jindal, (2020)). These all can provide enough information related with research topic.
Quantitative method provides measurement and mathematical static which is related with
numerical analysis of the collected information for data through different ways like
questionnaire, survey, poles or maybe by manipulating existing data with the help of
computational techniques. This method can provide numerical and statistical data which can
provide enough information related with the research topic. These information are generally
gathered from random people by explaining particular phenomena. In this, the Quantitative
method has been used for gathering enough information related with the research topic with the
help of the qualitative research method. It provides effective observation interpretation and
analysis which help in filtering information which can be used for further research. Through this
methodology, it provide better respect for research related with this topic.

Data analysis
Data analysis can be defined as a process of applying the logical and statistical technique
for evaluating information or data. Various resources can generally be used for collecting data
and information for making effective research. It is highly important for the collection of data
from verified resources which can have enough information related with the topic (Pajević,
(2020)). This can provide enough information related with the topic after integrating those data.
In this process, information has been collected from different patient, data market records, news
Publications, from hospitals, care homes, government Publications, planning commission's,
Syndicate services and other non-governmental Publications. This can provide enough
information related with the research topic. The collection of information can also be taken from
different online websites which are available on the Internet which have a high level of
information related with the research topic. Information can also be extracted from different
journals, books and online websites which can have enough information related with topics.
There are also many source of information collection which can be highly applicable for
providing effective information. These are the sources which can provide reliable information
through a different newspaper, articles and different websites which should have enough crucial
data which can be highly applicable for the research topic (Mukherjee, (2021)).
Recommendation and conclusion
Government need to provide better and effective services the patient in the Healthcare
home with disability. There was any specific guidelines for delivering of and visiting of take care
and getting enough related information.It is recommended that due to large number of covid
patient need a large number of Health Care professionals for delivering Healthcare services to
patient. Due to spread of virus and large number of covid patient created huge difference in
required Health Care professionals and available Health Care professionals. Government need
large number of healthcare professional for delivering Healthcare services if such type of
situation. It is also be recommended that there is need to provide health care services and
different facility adequately to the help and the person with a disability. This can help you
provide enough improvement in health of the patient who are in the health care home with
disability.
From above discussion, it can be concluded that there was huge impact of virus in all
over the world. This created huge change in the working process and spending life at that time.

Due to not having any information about the symptoms and medication created misguiding and
different myth about the virus. From the above discussion, it has been analyzed that, there was
need of Healthcare workers who can deliver healthcare services to the person within Health Care
homes. There was negative impact on the person or patient. There was also needed provide every
essential product and places for their physical activity. In this report, there is discussion about
health care home and person with disability that impact due to impact of pandemic. It has also be
analyse that there were different impact on the delivery of Healthcare services due to spread of
virus.
