across the world by people It is the main source of economy because industry has high market
share of their products in the world. in addition, market size of perfume becomes too high which
comprises of global and local competitors. The topic is crucial for research because it helps to
understand contribution of perfume industry in global market economy.
Methodology

It is a systematic procedure of information collection, measuring, analysis, interpretation
and involvement relevant to any business issue. The method is divided into two methods i.e.

According to Pei, (2019) Perfume is the mixture of two fragrant essential or volatile oil
which is applied by human being to give fragrance to their body. Perfume industry gives positive
impact on economical scale of global market. From few years becomes high trends of perfume in
global market. There are several type perfumes which has high market share in international and
regional market such as Chanel Grand Extrait, Cliver Christian etc. are most expensive perfume
around the world. Perfume industry doesn’t give any type of harm to environment so it s more
promoted by people and government as well. Due to high selling scale of the perfume products
influences market size of perfume market.
However, Baer and et.al., (2018) have criticized in their published research paper that
perfume industry gives negative impact on environment. Currently most of the perfume
industries uses number of synthetic fragrances to manufacture perfume to generate high revenue.
It evaporates in air which causes environmental problem and several chemicals are obtained
from petrochemical which is injurious for people.

As illustrated by Singh, (2019) perfume industry has large contribution in global
economy because it is not only contribution in GDP rate but also influences employment rate. In

export across the worlds. So, industries have to pay tax to deliver their perfume products around
the world. there are some statistical data which shows contribution of perfume industry in
economy i.e. taxes on perfumes estimated 9%, corporation tax 24 %, other production tax 18%,
income tax 20%, perfume industry tax 16% and employees’ tax 13% are paid by overall perfume
industry. By the statistical data can say that perfume industry is tax generated. Market growth
also become high last few year due to growing trends of personal grooming, enhancing demand
of luxury and exotic fragrances.

perfumes. Advertisement strategies also a best option which can improve contribution of
perfume industry.
Recommendation
Qualitative research method can use for the research which can help to generate high
quality data. In addition, it is quite easy to understand for any person without requiring
numericity skills. Questionnaires applied to collect qualitative data so it can give quality
in collected data.
To improve contribution of perfume industry can use youth market segment. Currently,
youth market becomes more demanded for perfume and they can expend high amount to
get high quality fragrance in perfume.
To emerge natural ingredient in manufacturing is also good strategy which can boost
