The purpose of the following essay is to focus on some events that were relevant in the
medieval period for socialization like coffeehouses or salons.
The scientific revolution will be the focus in this essay since this was one of the epoch
making events in the European history (Wootton: 23). This has made a huge impact on the
society and this was a complete renaissance from the dark ages in European society.
The knowledge of natural world began to increase in the European countries and many
scientists went on to discover several new things for the progress of the society. Most of the
Christians were regarded as the pioneers of this revolution (Hall: 40). Apart from that, several
Muslim scholars were also featured in the scientific revolution as well in cities like Cordoba and
Baghdad.
This great Scientific Revolution in Europe had also changed the scenario of international
trade and cultural factors (Wootton: 23). Many new devices were discovered by scientists that
helped the international trade also. Many learned scholars flourished with their treasure trove of
wisdom and they thrived in the competitive world.
In the concluding section, it can be said that the Scientific Revolution in Europe had
changed the scenario of European civilization and developments took place all over the continent
