knowledgeable individual comes in the skilled labour within the company. A skilled labour may
have accomplished college, university, and technical school. Kim and et.al., (2016) stated that
skilled labour category included software developer, paramedics, police officers, soldiers,
physicians, painters, accountants and so on. Well-skilled employees are one who is capable of
