Social media is used widely across all over the world. People use platform of it to get
connected with their families, relatives and friends. Also, they follow their favorite celebrities.
Social media has a great impact to change the trend followed by people. In same way many
businesses are using social media platform for increasing their reach to more people in the world.

In today's era of technology, lots of people are engaged in their social media lives. It is a
vast platform which has place for everybody, anyone can use it with use of internet. People can
access there social media profile from anywhere in the world. It creates a huge impact on the
business world as well. They are using it for their own motives, from business perspective, for
creating a good reputation in outside environment. Business sectors are growing very fast in all
over the world, but it is not possible for every company to reach everywhere, so social media
platform help the companies to increase their reach towards more people.
In terms of business social media plays an important role nowadays. It influences the
internal and external environment of companies in many ways. Considering internal environment
people working in organization would use some social media applications like Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. It connects employees within organization, in same branch, in
other branches or some other sites of same business. They can communicate, follows each others
profiles, share their views openly, share some suggestion, so it helps in knowing each other
easily. They organize parties in their workplace, shares pictures from there, share experiences
with others, also tells about their workplace experiences it helps others to know about company
better. More people will apply for jobs in the same organization because of cool environment,
major role of social media is to establish communication between people. In business sectors
they use upgraded versions of technology, so it affects the working in positive ways. Following
trend, direct the companies to another level of their growth, as everybody is using social media,
they share their review about everything about some products they use, the fashion brand they
like to wear, jewellery, accessories, households brands they use, either they are using local
products which they purchase from local markets(Shabbir, Ghazi and Mehmood, 2017). It gives

grow. Like Social media marketing of stock, people get to know about stock online, and

people get full information about company, brand, products etc. Blogging by companies, they
can share their activities, like offer they provide, launching of new products in markets etc.

As working on this project I really feel good because it helps me to understand the topic

Also noticed that how can I use it for my betterment. It improves my communication skills as I
was just a learner, I don't talk much about the topics I did not communicate with others.. When I
started interaction with people to discuss impacts of social media I get to know how they are
using it, it enhances my skills of communicating, learning things. I grab a lot from these
discussions, because there more topics to be discussed, as I give my views, suggestions to other
people. Also, I took suggestions, advice from people how to write about the project points. It
improves the interpersonal skills in me, as I think of the things surrounded by me, I went through
these things daily, but I never noticed them. It gives my the eye to observe the things as they are,
what is happening around me. I came to know that Social media is not just a platform for
enjoyment, it is used in many ways it's a great and positive impact on our society to become
modernized and change their philosophies. I get to know what is right and what is wrong going
on in our society. It helps in spreading more awareness in the communities to become well
organized. It puts a great effort for many things to be known general to the people.
As I have developed my research skill while doing this project, I learned to use the sites
available on internet in right way. As research is necessary for any project so that I should not
write anything useless about it, I understand this point and, make my conclusion that knowing
the facts and figure and analyse the real scenario to put on the paper is needed. Presentation of
everything should be perfect otherwise it leads to confusions for others, people would not
understand your views, so presentation should be clear. Use of appropriate words are more
beneficial in sense to make other understand it clearly. But I think I should work on my technical
skills, because it is lack in me, my technical skills will help me to analyse the things deeper and
more free to do their work as they get enjoyment, they feel fresh, and more motivated, it can also
use for motivational speeches given by motivational speakers on YouTube, it enhances their
quality of performance, as they feel motivated at their workplaces. So it is true fact about social
